We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeCentral conditioning means it was warm in the room as heating is switched on. Couldn't do anything except switch off and open windows. With windows open, insects flew in. The room I stayed in was old style from 15years ago, surprising since when I chose an executive floor.
Price was reasonable and the room was reasonably clean and decent size.

IsraelI got my room and it was dirty with hair on the bathtub and a some kind of pill on my bed. Later on the exchanged my room and again there was hair in the bathtub, at the end I got my room after an hour and it was pretty tiring the whole situation

AustraliaRoom constantly reeked of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. Smell was coming from ventilation I think, plus the fact that all the furnishings had already absorbed this smell over many years. Air purifier machine did little to improve the stink.
