Everything. Brand new modern hotel with spacious, well equipped rooms/ bathrooms with spectacular views of the city from the floor to ceiling windows. All the staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left and all spoke good English. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great quiet central location, next to a good shopping mall and Namba underground station. Dotombori and central Osaka restaurants and nightlife action is only a 10 minute walk away. Also has a good gym. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again

For light sleepers you would still hear the noise from trains especially if you were on lower floors. This was not a problem for us anyway. Also it says the check in is at 3:00pm we reached on time but our rooms were still not ready and we had to wait until 3:30 to receive the keys.

Very clean and comfortable, one of the best hotels in Osaka everywhere you go there is a very nice scent. All staff we met spoke good English and they were friendly and welcoming explaining clearly whatever we wanted to know about in Osaka. The location was excellent, you can go explore anywhere walking or from the Namba station nearby or even just go downstairs to the connected mall and enjoy food and shopping. We stayed there for four nights and would definitely return when visiting Osaka again.

Very nice hotel and spacious room. Lovely staff and we got to borrow an umbrella for the day by asking reception. Appreciate the complimentary bottles of water.

This place is so amazing. The rooms are quite spacious and the location is excellent. There are so many shopping malls, shops and (good) restaurants nearby. Moreover, the staffs are so kind and helpful.

Centara Grand Hotel Osaka was a nice transition from the prior hotel in Hiroshima. The room met my expectations and the amenities did not fall short. The breakfast was very good and had numerous options for all dietary needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Spacious room compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in Osaka. Clean and comfortable. I love the bed and the linens, they are of high quality! They are very attentive and thoughtful. The walk from station to hotel is around 10mins, but you can cut through Namba Parks or Namba City so it’s still convenient. The staff are nice

We were on level 24 and the minute I walked onto the floor and into the room, it smelled like sewer. I complained and they made it smell nicer.
