One of the TVs was broken when we checked in. We didn’t think it was a big problem. Then the other day the hotel manager came to apologise with a champagne, a bottle of juice for my kid and a plate of fruits. The staff in the SKII concierge was also very flexible in terms of bus transportation. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends.

SingaporeSki concierge was very helpful for first time skiers. Hotel staff were also very helpful to book our transportation back to the airport, and pick us up from the train station. Liaising with them was easy, and staff were very responsive. Room was clean and we really loved the toilet. Breakfast area was cozy and had a good spread of Japanese and international cuisine. Gym was good as well!

SingaporeCouldn't ski or snowboard as the ski resort wasn't open during our stay. There was nothing much to do around the area. Even many eateries were not opened.
The private onsen was fantastic! For 2000 yen, we get a whole onsen all to ourselves (4 pax) and there is even an outdoor onsen pool. Shower facilities and amenities are great. Breakfast was good - they offer Japanese and western. The hotel is clean and really close to Hirafu grand ski area. There is a drug store which is less than 50m from the hotel and sells basically everything. 2 more convenience store down the road (5-8 mins walk). They also offer free pick up and drop off to Kutchan Station. Staff are super friendly and helpful

United StatesHighly recommended to stay here for your ski trip in Niseko. The breakfast was amazing and the staffs were friendly. There is a ski/snowboard rental shop inside the hotel, so you don't have to go somewhere else for the equipment. There is also shuttle service that can take you and pick you up at the lifts. The hot spring was a must after the whole day ski. Don't hesitate, just book it. You won't regret it.
