Absolutely nothing.

One of the TVs was broken when we checked in. We didn’t think it was a big problem. Then the other day the hotel manager came to apologise with a champagne, a bottle of juice for my kid and a plate of fruits. The staff in the SKII concierge was also very flexible in terms of bus transportation. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends.

Onsen slightly small, but is clean and well maintained .

Located close to Hirafu base and restaurants. Within walking distance to welcome centre. Very well maintained room and facilities. Helpful and friendly English speaking staff. 2nd floor restaurant offered meals at reasonable price. Ski concierge good and shuttle to pick up and send to welcome centre, kutchan JR (see hotel website for details). Good quality toiletries

Ski concierge was very helpful for first time skiers. Hotel staff were also very helpful to book our transportation back to the airport, and pick us up from the train station. Liaising with them was easy, and staff were very responsive. Room was clean and we really loved the toilet. Breakfast area was cozy and had a good spread of Japanese and international cuisine. Gym was good as well!

The receptionist is very nice and helpful. There is free parking, skin rent shop, ski information, onsen,massage service, mini-bar and restaurant in the hotel. The hotel near hirafu parking of ski slopes, near ski rent shop, gift shop, restaurant and convenience store that you can walk. The room is clean and large. I recommend this hotel.

Couldn't ski or snowboard as the ski resort wasn't open during our stay. There was nothing much to do around the area. Even many eateries were not opened.

The private onsen was fantastic! For 2000 yen, we get a whole onsen all to ourselves (4 pax) and there is even an outdoor onsen pool. Shower facilities and amenities are great. Breakfast was good - they offer Japanese and western. The hotel is clean and really close to Hirafu grand ski area. There is a drug store which is less than 50m from the hotel and sells basically everything. 2 more convenience store down the road (5-8 mins walk). They also offer free pick up and drop off to Kutchan Station. Staff are super friendly and helpful

The property is so well maintained even though not a new one, everything in top quality, comfortable room, enjoyable dinner & breakfast, lovely onsen, excellent service from all staff, free shuttle to and from the station, the most impressive the chef prepared a special meal for me due to health condition.

We loved everything. We had half board and the dinner was outstanding Japanese Izakaya the best we have ever tasted! You can’t miss this! Breakfast equally as outstanding a choice of western or Japanese. Just loved this place and didn’t want to leave!!

Cons: our stay was too short!

Pros: beautiful hotel, beautiful and spacious room and bathroom, professional and helpful staff, good complimentary breakfast selections, great onsen hot springs (had it all to myself each time), L’Occitane toiletries, shuttle services, and close proximity to Grand Hirafu ski lifts and food and shopping options.

They are so warm in receiving us. All smiles and even take time to go to my parents' room to assist on WiFi etc. The room is so big and clean. The private onsen was excellent. You pay for one flat rate and you can go in as a group and also there are indoor and outdoor onsen. The team also help us with our luggages and bid us goodbye warmly. Keep up the positive vibes.

Highly recommended to stay here for your ski trip in Niseko. The breakfast was amazing and the staffs were friendly. There is a ski/snowboard rental shop inside the hotel, so you don't have to go somewhere else for the equipment. There is also shuttle service that can take you and pick you up at the lifts. The hot spring was a must after the whole day ski. Don't hesitate, just book it. You won't regret it.
