Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I am not speaking only about English, there's no knowledge of any other Asian language, so it's faster if we learn Japanese than Japanese learn other language.

United StatesI asked for a quiet room on the top floor - however, the top rooms are considerably more expensive. When I heard constant running around and noises from the room above me, I contacted the front desk and they told me there was noone staying above me.
The room and bathroom were very large and the furniture well-apportioned. The lobby area is expansive and modern, and offers free coffee and matcha tea as well as other choices. The location is well within walking distance from the train station. There is a borrowing library of English books in the lobby.

Room is clean and location is near Nagano Station. Hotel staff turned the heater on before we checked in, so it was great to have a toasty room when the outside temp is cold. Level 9 has extra pillows and massage chair. Also, there is water dispenser, so we can fill up the water before going out.
