Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe stairwells reeked of urine. This smell was also at the pool entrance and the guest laundry- the only place to get ice. We had to switch rooms due to our bathtub not draining. Our first room was also missing a smoke alarm and a microwave. We were told that coffee was not supplied due to covid, and to bring our own if wanted. However, there weren’t coffee makers to use. There were only two very broken chairs in the pool area. The hot tub was not heated.

United StatesThe place is in need of repair. The hot tub was cold really wish it was working this trip. After a certain time the laundry room was closed witch means you could not get ice. And there was a lot of times we need ice as our refrigerator in our room did not work. In some of the rooms that our family stayed in the heater did not work and ended up having to change rooms the next day.
You could walk down to the beach and even walk to the farmers market. The guy that runs the place really tried to make our stay the best he could.
