Room was very small. Minibar fridge not properly temperature chilled, i had yogurt drink which I drank and placed in the minibar, which moulded overnight. Bath tub hard to manoeuvre in/out.

Location was easy, some close by restaurants and tram lines out front. Close by to tourist attractions, Convenience stores nearby too. Free Breakfast/all day library room a nice little place to enjoy a basic meal, even if you brought something from outside. Meal tickets are distributed every day for timing. Microwave and utensils were available, along with a drink station through the day. Check in is a bit modern, with a machine to process check in card and details however lots of staff are behind the desk to help - but feels like you lose out on staff interaction this way, our attendant was helpful as the machine couldn’t read passports very well so ended up doing most of our prompts on our behalf in the end.

The elevator is so small it took forever to get down during rush times.

Clean. Parking is convenient if you can get a place right behind the hotel. Breakfast does not have many options but taste nice.

Beds are just mattresses on a platform. It was awkward to maneuver in the room. Very small space. Bathroom was also very very tiny.

Good location to visit Atomic bombing site and Hiroshima castle and staff were very friendly and spoke English which is rare in my travels in Japan .Breakfast was served with a good variety of Japanese and Western food

Very good location very close to the memorial park, restaurants close by. Access to the kitchen was great considering we had a baby with us. Just one thing that I believe could be advertised on their website = just know that the standard room is VERY small ! Of course its Japan almost every hotel room we have seen were tiny... but when its your first time in Japan (like us) maybe you have to see it to believe it! We were 2 adults and a 6 months old = very BAD idea to take the standard room there was just no space at all (and we had 2 luggages). I would come back to this hotel but would take the upper category room for sure. Great place for the price thx again!

The room was very small which is to be expected in Japan, but smaller than normal. The breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Very close to the atomic dome and the museum. The bed was soft and the room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very attentive and nice.

The air coming from the ventilation can be very noisy in the bathroom. Also a work on isolation for the room could be better because you can hear everything from the corridor

Nice and clean hotel, easy to arrive by bus or tram. Walking distance to main city attractions. Nice staff. Breakfast is good, with local and western food. Days were rainy during our stay, and the hotel lended a pair of umbrellas.

They receive a lot of guests so they had to implement a ticketing system for the breakfast, the day before you need to pick a time and go down during that time to take your breakfast, this is needed to avoid the over-crowding of the breakfast area but it also means that your are somehow committed to a particular time from the day before, and of course some time slots are more popular so they get taken faster.

In general this was a good hotel. It is located very close to the Peace Memorial and the Atomic Bomb Dome. It is also possible to walk to Hiroshima Castle from there. It is also near the Hiroshima Honodori Shopping Street. so there is a lot to see and do near the hotel. This also means that there is a good selection of restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was good, balanced and complete, they had japanese and western style breakfast options and they offered fruit, including mango! ❤️ All the previous hotels during my japan trip hardly had any fruit.

We thought the beds were very comfortable. While the rooms were not large they were very efficiently arranged making for an easy stay. The breakfast was very tasty with a variety of western and Japanese food available.

We booked two rooms together , over four months in advance but we didn’t have them near each other. Not even on the same floor. The lifts weren’t able to cope with the number of people and we queued every time. No stairs available to walk.
