The room was narrow and the heater/cooler over the bed blew cold air directly on us. The room was either to hot or too cold.

The staff at the reception should speak better English.

Perfect location near the railway station. Street with restaurants 2 blocks away. Top floor onsen is great, free ice cream, massage chairs - what a treat. A great variety of foods at breakfast and very kind staff. The staff at the reception was very helpful, lending me an electricity adapter.

This hotel has aged although still very clean. The bed is a little soft to our liking and the room is smaller than what we expected. Very limited car park space and the next carpark is about 200m away. Not too far but difficult during cold nights.

As all Dormy Inns that I stayed, the supper is very nice especially in a cold weather and after the hot onsen bath. The receptionists had been very helpful and smiley even though they were flooded with a lot of visitors at the same time.

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable and there was only one on each bed, both myself and my partner woke up with sore necks Power sockets were only available at one of the two beds Price was a bit steep for what is essentially a business hotel No air purifier/humidifier provided

We love the onsen and the facilities so much!!! It was my husband's first time trying an onsen and he enjoyed it so much till he didn't want to come back to the hotel room. I've tried quite a few hotel onsen before and I must say this is my favourite!!!

convenient store is too far away from the hotel, and it's take like 5-8mins walk to and from JR station, basically it's not far but the road is a bit secluded. No nearby restaurant which is also not very convenient. These "problems" are solved only after I rent-a-car.

overall it's what i expected and the services is good as I expected, room is spacious, neat and clean as I expected. Front house staffs are very helpful. My room can even watch sun set everyday and it's a surprise. Free message chair is also a complimentary service which I enjoyed. Most of the time, it's not crowded in onsen area. the sea view from top floor onsen is magnificent.

There wasn't really anything to do in the part of town. Especially hard to find dinner in the area. Be prepared to go for walks or take the train somewhere else for experiences.

We booked it for the onsen, which was wonderful and not very busy. If you can brave the night air, there's even an outside part where you can look out over the harbor. (For privacy reasons there's a big fence.)

Having very limited parking spaces and not free !!! This should be mentioned CLEARLY in information but they hid it in a small corner of their website.

Feeling safe & having clean environs ; near restaurants and the wharf ; Rooms are small - as to be expected, but clean & livable. Having a small but nice&clean Onsen with sea-view !

Room was on 2nd floor, no view at all. Wished it was a better room.

The onsen bath on top floor was relaxing. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Location is near train station.

The parking lot location was a bit far off-site. They had an on-site lot, but a very limited number and already full when we checked at 3:00 pm.

The room was so clean and bigger than a typical Japanese business low-budget hotel. Excellent breakfast so much variety of menu. They do have both oriental and western styles. Enjoy your meal. Also between 9:30 pm and 11:00 pm, they serve free ramen!
