The hotel has a very good location, close to the metro station and to the main attractions in Osaka. The staff was nice and helpful. I like the storage room with lockers, a really great option to leave your luggage safe in the hotel before check-in/after checkout. The room was spacious, quiet, bright and extremely clean.

I love that the room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent!! The bathroom was separated from the toilet and basin which is very spacious. The lobby is also very comfortable where they provide free drinks for guests, and the view from lobby is great and we often relaxed ourselves there before and after our day. The hotel is so advanced that we can view the laundry status from the room TV! So we don’t have to physically go down the check if it’s available. It also shows how long till our laundry is done. It was amazing and so helpful 🥹 totally loved this hotel!!

If I have to say something negative it is only that they do not offer breakfast. They do have a colab with the Chinese bistro on the ground floor, but after having tried the lunch the first day we did not return as it was very average. I would recommend going to 7/11 or the supermarket (there is a fancy one 1 block away) to get breakfast or to happy pancakes that is not far away.

New facilities, super clean, comfortable beds, smart tv, european plugs, good room size, great location (Walking distance to dotonbori and 3 metro lines close by), soundproof walls, polite stuff, luggage storage room with combination lock, laundry room, and vending machine in the basement. It was a very good value for money, I have no complaints!

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. As someone who likes to wake up late during my vacations, I would prefer later checkout times. I opted to pay extra and requested a late checkout which was fine.

Amazing stay at Miyako City Osaka Hommachi. The location itself was perfect for me, away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance from Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping street. (within 15 mins walk). Train station was also only a short walk away (about 5 mins). The Hotel itself was fantastic. While the room was on the smaller size, it was big enough for one person. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean and great shower/bath combination. Daily housekeeping was excellent. They have a restaurant on site that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there's also a lot of food outlets in the area, as well as a supermarket that opens 24hs only 2 mins away. Lots of 7Eleven and Family mart as well in the area for anything else you may need. The Hotel also has a chill out area where they offer free drinks (cold and hot) from 7am to 10pm everyday. It's a nice place to relax before and after going out. The staff were all friendly and welcomed. They also have laundry facilities and a smoking room. Each room comes with coffee/tea machines, great bath amenities and products. You also get a robe, pajamas and slippers to use. You can borrow iron and trouser press if needed. Overall I spent 5 days there and I really enjoyed my stay.

Sometimes it gets a bit noisy at night on the street but it didn’t effects my sleep after all. The only area of improvement is the breakfast, it has very limited options and some items finish quickly without restock. I wish also they consider having muslim friendly menu.

The room was very clean and the bed very soft and comfy. Its a bit far from the Osaka main attractions area but not that far, about 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall and the Dotonbori street. They have Mini cafe area available all day with variety of options, like different types of coffee and soft drinks. Overall, it was great experience. I totally recommend the hotel for other travelers.

Laundry room only have 4 washer/dryer units and most of the time, it is being occupied and the guests do not collect their laundry on time.

Room is very spacious and can fit 2 open luggages. Bathroom is very clean and we enjoyed the bathtub. The location is close to train station and there are nearby supermarket, convenience stores, coffee cafes as well as a McDonalds outlet and laundry store. Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from the shopping districts. There is also a water dispenser at the lift lobby on each floor, so I do not have to keep requesting for water bottles. There is also a drinks corner at the reception level with coffee and soft drinks dispenser. The staff are also very friendly and approachable.

1. Everything! I have zero complaints towards this hotel. They were spotless. 2. Location, cleanliness, view, Balcony, amenities, Bathroom. 3. Definitely much bigger rooms than the normal Japanese hotel standards. 4. They have a luggage room where you can safely lock your luggage when needed

I don't think the cleaners properly changed the sheets as I constantly found my hair when I returned to the hotel room after room cleaning had cleaned.

The staff were very friendly. They had free soft drinks, a water refill station on every floor and a laundry on level 2. The bed was 10/10 comfortable.
