The only thing that I didn't like was that I asked the staff the first day I checked in if they were able to send my luggage to the airport, they said yes and it would take 2 days. I took my luggage to the front desk 2 days before my flight in the morning. They told me that it wouldn't get there in time. The good thing is that they made it possible but they took about 2 hours trying to figure out the entire situation.

The room was spacious. The location is good, it's about a 10 min walk from a station. It was a bit inconvenient that the elevator didn't go to the top floor.

The hotel is quite dated, old decor looks like it’s from the 80s. The beds are in need of changing along with the pillows, when removing the sheets or pillowcases I was quite shocked at how old and nasty they looked.

I liked that the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us whenever we needed something. The small kitchenette is very useful for those that like to cook some small meals. The laundry in the hotel is also very convenient.

We hated the smell of "fragrance" in the lobby and corridor. The room too, so we kept running the bathroom fan.

We loved the location. Quiet and close to a lovely locality of Kagurazaka. And you have a good supermarket just in front of the hotel, which is open 9:30 to 22:00.

It's a bit old and could be cleaner but it's good enough for the rate we paid.

It's more like a business hotel, not really designed for family on holiday. We were lucky enough to get a room here as the room we booked on Agoda was cancelled on us just a couple of days before we checked in, the room has leaks they said. Great location, only around 7 minutes walk to Iidabashi station. Staffs are very nice and helpful. There's a laundry in the basement level.

Not so close to tourist locations or shopping and market places. Mattresses and pillows were little hard.

Size of room was good. Bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. They had a door of partition to separate bathroom area from the room. Basic amenities were provided. Close to both Family Mart and 7/11 and also to the Metro Station.

The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs making it hard to sleep and the hotel in general had a strong disinfectant type smell.

Staff in reception speak very little English so don't expect anything.

Location is about 7 or 8 mins walk to Lidabashi Station. Quiet environment and food is easily available. Supermarket is just across the road less than 2 mins walk. Generally the room is quite clean. There is no cleaning service throughout a week stay. Clean towels can be exchanged at the reception. Check in was easy for me as we arrived before the reception closed.

We made two stops at this place - the first stay was good, we got a bigger room with two beds. The second stay was not that good - we only got one double bed which all three of us had to sleep on, it was a bit too small.

I actually liked the hotel, can't think of anything I didn't like.

Our room was very roomy and beds pretty comfortable. Location is about 8-10 min walk so not too far. Handy little supermarket across the road. Laundromat in basement was very handy.

The hotel is easily accessible by Iidabashi subway. There is a beautiful JR iidabashi station also. The hotel is in a residential area. The room was spacious. Washroom was smaller compared to Indian hotels. There were kitchen facilities also with cutleries, induction stove, liquid dish washer and scrub. You have to empty your trash from your room to the dustbin outside the hotel. There was a supermarket opposite the hotel.
