The entire cleanliness is quite good, just a few hairs in the jacuzzi and the towels have little bit of dust.

Location is great, just few mins from the train station. The owner is very nice and recommended us what to do nearby. There's jacuzzi and tatami too!

Prompt replies to questions. Clear instructions. Good wifi. Location easy to find and within 5 mins walk from Gotemba station. Gorgeous view of Mount Fuji from the west facing windows. Really inspiring to be able to see Mount Fuji through your window immediately when you wake up. Good locations for food nearby. Easy to access the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We were able to easily get a bus from Gotemba Bus Station to go Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai and Lake Kawaguchi for great views of Mount Fuji, local culture and natural scenery.

Clean comfortable, but dated apartment, with breathtaking views of Mt Fiji on a clear day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Gotemba station where you can pick up buses to the Hakone area on one side and the Mt Fuji area on the other. There are a few restaurants nearby but we preferred to use the large supermarkets within a short walk of the apartment.

The nearest 7-11 at the gotemba station closes quite early so we had to walk to a further one about 200m metres away.

Really has the best view of Mt Fuji! Though it was raining and extremely cloudy the first two days, we managed to finally catch a glimpse of the Mt Fuji with no clouds blocking it on the last morning that we checked out and really loved the gorgeous view. The place was really well equipped and clean too! I love how the beds and pillows were very high quality. The location was also amazing and was close to many authentic and local izakayas that we had the pleasure to visit and also ate one of the most affordable sushi and sashimi there. Generally an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this for anybody who wants to visit the Yeti snow resort or the Gotemba outlet!

Very odd layout: Two beds were in the dining room/kitchen area, with an exit light by the sliding door that was extremely bright and lit up permanently - couldn't sleep.

Amenities were not clean, for example, bedsheets had dust which caused rashes and uncomfortable sleep the whole night. The bathroom entrance area was dusty, the hair dryer was full of dust, no toothpaste, handwash almost empty.

The view was very good, on a clear day, one can see Mt. Fuji.

The only let down is no proper clothes airer. No tooth brush and yukata so bring your own. The rest of the facilities are complete and great

The location is very close to Gotemba Station Toyota Rent a car and convenient store literally 5 minutes from this property. Hurry and Sailor are very friendly and thorough in explaining the place of interest around Gotemba and places to go in Mt Fuji. You got the beautiful Mt Fuji view directly from your room. It's literally your breakfast view. Thank you for your hospitality we will come back and stay again in your place

The host was accommodating, the temperature of the apartment was nice even when it’s cold outside, toilet seat warmer. Kitchen was nice to cook. Location is easy to find as per host instructions. Mount Fuji view room 501👍👍👍

We had to wait over an hour before staff showed up to pass us the keys. It should have been made known to us that we had to give a specific timing for our arrival or otherwise we would have to wait outside the apartment. The parking lot was also very tight and we would not have been able to park had we rented a bigger car. There was also no washing machine provided.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comes with good facilities and a view of mount Fuji. Within walking distance from gotemba station.
