Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanThe mattresses weren't that comfortable. As with most Japanese buildings, it was not very sound proof and so we could easily hear other people's conversations in the next room or even from other parts of the building.
Wonderful staff who were helpful, friendly, and informative. There is a small cozy restaurant attached so that we didn't have to walk elsewhere in the cold to find food after a tiring day on the slopes. The food was delicious.

Excellent location, short walk to all shuttle stops and echoland for dining and nightlife. Also offered free shuttle pick up. The breakfast and dinner options were superb. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the owners were very helpful and knowledgeable with everything, including responding to enquiries before our arrival. It definitely showed they had a love for the area and were very willing to share the experience.

ItalyWe only had dinner at their restaurant on the first night and we did not particularly enjoy it. The choice is limited, since they serve only udon and a few Japanese side dishes, like edamame and fries. The udon were too bland for our taste. Further, we were not warned that they would not serve breakfast on Thursday.
Great location for skiers! The hotel is located between the two biggest ski resorts in the area, Happo-One and Hakuba 47/Goryu, which can be easily accessed via free public shuttles. Further, Happo-One is a 25-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious, cozy and clean. We enjoyed breakfast (they serve a Western-style one) and it was nice to have the shuttle service which picked us up and brought us back to the station.

The location of the property was great- Echoland was a great area to stay in! Really close to lots of great bars and restaurants. The staff were excellent- so helpful with booking taxis for us when needed or giving local advice and also shuttling us to the bus station when we were leaving!
