Great location. Super closed to stations, good restaurants, shopping streets, Don Quijote and Dotonbori. Nice and fun decorations. Very friendly and helpful staff who would carry all your luggage up to the room when you check-in and help you all the way down to lobby the day you check out. They offer free ride (at certain time, so you may want to register at the reception in advance) to OCAT bus terminal if you’d like to take bus to Kansai airport.

Good location, close to Dotonburi area. The amenities is fantastic. A dining area where you can eat your own food in peace, with free drinks. The staff is super friendly…and the hotel is just very clean and safe.

Location very convenient to metro and station, very close to DOtonbori. Staff very friendly and helpful Check-in is supported by a video that is shown to each guest in their preferred language, which makes it super easy. Possibility to buy food outside and enjoy breakfast in the cafè, which is open to guests only with free hot and cold drinks. Dyson super accessorized hair dryer: never found one before or after this hotel, even at 5star rated ones! true luxyury!

The matresses were a little too hard for our taste.

Very clean and spacious. Free drinks in the lobby and friendly staff. We had no noise from the street (3F) or other rooms. Close to Namba station, Namba walk and Dotonbori.

Excellent hotel location and staff! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They walked us to the nearest station entrance which had a lift as we were travelling with children and many luggages. Dotonbori under 10mins walk. The hotel itself was extremely clean with a laundry room which was an added bonus. No negatives at all

Room was very very spacious compared to what you typically get in Dotonbori. Free drinks til 12midnight!! We loved it Massage chairs 24/7 helps when youve been walking all day. Upon checkout, they offered shuttle service to Nankai train station, so less waling for us

It was absolutely perfectly clean well attended to and the customer care was that of a five star hotel couldn’t have asked for anything better.

One may not take coffee cups from the breakfast area to one’s room, but to me that wasn’t really a big deal.

Everyone was quick to help and friendly. The drink machine were very helpful. When one companion lost their credit card they drove her to the police and translated for her statement. The water pressure is excellent. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were clean and soft. Our room had a massage chair, which could be considered an obsession to some, and there were three more near the check in counter.

There were no breakfast options, but honestly, their drink bar is way better than any breakfast spread I've seen at other hotels.

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism, ensuring seamless communication due to their proficiency in English. The check-in and check-out procedures were efficiently managed, and we were promptly informed about potential delays in the OCAT limousine bus service back to the airport. On the day of our departure, the hotel kindly offered us transportation to OCAT. The hotel's strategic location provides convenient access to Dotombori, offering a diverse range of culinary options, as well as numerous convenience stores catering to various needs. Additionally, its proximity to Osaka Namba Station facilitates easy connectivity to various destinations. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, with spacious rooms, comfortable linens and towels, and the provision of essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

I find a bit claustrophobic to not be able to open or see through the windows (smoked glass), but I suppose it comes with some very central locations and nothing the Hotel can change.

What a funky, modern and friendly place to stay!! Super nice and efficient staff, great common space/facilities at the lobby with free coffee/tea at all times. Room was very spacious for 4 adults. Large beds and even a massage chair :) This hotel is in the best possible location for transport access (major train hub within 4 min walk) and the bustling Dotonbori area is right around the corner. Despite this proximity, the hotel area is quiet and the area feels very safe. Staff were excellent at organising the transfer of our luggage to next hotel. Highly recommend!!
