The hotel staff had exceptional client service; they went above and beyond to make us even more comfortable. Hotel is modern, clean, with spacious rooms and in an excellent location. It has free coffee, tea, soda service for most of the day.

One may not take coffee cups from the breakfast area to one’s room, but to me that wasn’t really a big deal.

Everyone was quick to help and friendly. The drink machine were very helpful. When one companion lost their credit card they drove her to the police and translated for her statement. The water pressure is excellent. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were clean and soft. Our room had a massage chair, which could be considered an obsession to some, and there were three more near the check in counter.

There were no breakfast options, but honestly, their drink bar is way better than any breakfast spread I've seen at other hotels.

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism, ensuring seamless communication due to their proficiency in English. The check-in and check-out procedures were efficiently managed, and we were promptly informed about potential delays in the OCAT limousine bus service back to the airport. On the day of our departure, the hotel kindly offered us transportation to OCAT. The hotel's strategic location provides convenient access to Dotombori, offering a diverse range of culinary options, as well as numerous convenience stores catering to various needs. Additionally, its proximity to Osaka Namba Station facilitates easy connectivity to various destinations. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, with spacious rooms, comfortable linens and towels, and the provision of essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

I find a bit claustrophobic to not be able to open or see through the windows (smoked glass), but I suppose it comes with some very central locations and nothing the Hotel can change.

What a funky, modern and friendly place to stay!! Super nice and efficient staff, great common space/facilities at the lobby with free coffee/tea at all times. Room was very spacious for 4 adults. Large beds and even a massage chair :) This hotel is in the best possible location for transport access (major train hub within 4 min walk) and the bustling Dotonbori area is right around the corner. Despite this proximity, the hotel area is quiet and the area feels very safe. Staff were excellent at organising the transfer of our luggage to next hotel. Highly recommend!!

A boutique hotel with a pretty decorative ornament. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy. Love the drink area, massage chairs, laundry area. Location is very close to all amenities. The staff service was excellent. Definitely recommended! Will come back again next time.

If you arrived at night it might feel a bit daunting to go out and search for food/drinks, but once you get your bearings and confidence it was good.

Walking distance from JR, and subway stations and close to restaurants, shopping and markets. Very quirky decor. Friendly helpful staff who made sure we knew how to get to the train station we needed when we were checking out, and offered breakfast suggestions nearby as the place only does drinks and snacks. Has a laundromat which is 300 yen per load, so if you are packed light and need to do some washing mid-trip it is very useful.

The room is very spacious, we booked for 3 persons and felt like a full apartment. Beds are comfortable. Water presure also good. The staff very helpfull. You can bring food from convenience store, heat it and eat at the hotel's lounge, plus the hotel provides free drinks.

Such a great hotel. One of those hotels that make you feel at home in a big city. We stayed in 4 cities in Japan. This hotel provided the best central location, the biggest room, the best facilities, and the loveliest staff by a country mile. It is situated a 5 minute walk from the heart of Dotonbori and just around the corner from a 7/11, various restaurants, and the train. This hotel is unique in its design (quirky and highly functional). There is complementary coffee and drink machines in the foyer, as well as tables to sit and have your dinner. There is a pool table as well. There are even complimentary massage chairs in a corner of the main area. Cleanliness, staffing, aircon, TV, safe, bathrooms were all at a high level. It was quiet. Highly recommended. We were surprised this hotel was only 3 stars.

The hotel was very clean, close to the subway, the complimentary drinks in lounge, the high-end products used, but most of all the staff. They are so helpful and nice it’s such a flawless service they provide. The facility is so thoughtful in having daily water bottles, umbrellas to borrow, luggage services, microwave, washer/dryer, and transporting us to our train station.

We've stayed in the hotel for a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff is super kind and helpful. The acomodation is very comfortable and the rooms are spacious and well decorated. It has a perfect atmosphere. Apart from that, the location is super convinient. Everything was perfect, we loved our stay. Amazing beds! Really firm ones.
