One of the washing machines was unfortunately out of service when we went.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The hotel also had many restaurants within the hotel. The washing machine usage was also visible within the hotel room which made it convenient to see if we were able to wash our clothes or not.

Staff were so sweet and welcoming. Hotel was situated right next to train station, making it easy to go places. Rooms and bathroom were so clean and so spacious. A lot of space for luggage especially if you’re in a big group. 7/11 at the bottom of the hotel along with plenty of other restaurants inside the hotel☺️Overall, we had a really good experience.

This was a last minute booking so it was very accommodating for that situation. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel has a public bath you can use ! Check out is 11 so it was no rush ~

Not many washer/dryers available, and one was broken during our stay. Elevator smelled like cigarettes.

Hotel has a great location right in front of the train station with several restaraunts in the same building and around it. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Public bath was a plus. Great value for the money considering how busy Kyoto is for tourists; would definitely stay here again.

very close to JR, and only one station to Kyōto station, however to tourists locations needs 20-30minutes by bus. there are some nice restaurants in the building like Yakiniku and Sushi. Breakfast area a bit busy.

Great hotel! Clean room. Spacious. New. I arrive at the hotel before the check-in time. Staffs help me to get the room at that time! I book room for 4 - the room is perfect: 4 beds, USB chargers available next to all beds. Bathtub is clean and new. Bathsalt is included in the amenities. Location is great - next to train station. There's a pedestrian bridge from the station with elevator. Travel with luggage is convenient. It's near Kyoto Railway Museum too. On 2nd floor of the building there're restaurants with discount coupon from hotel. Breakfast is great. Variety of foods. TV inside the room can display the crowdedness of public bath, restaurant, the waiting time of laundry. There're microwave and ice maker available on my floor.

Bathroom has smell when using it.

The hotel is convenient located next to the train station. 7/11 is nearby. The hotel looks very new and the room is large enough for two of us.

The breakfast has room for improvement, but the location is excellent. I enjoyed everything about the hotel, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel gave us vouchers that we used at the restaurant.

The location of the hotel is quiet, yet very convenient. A local JR line is nearby. The hotel looks very spacious and new.

Very helpful and really really appreciated. I lost my water bottle, asked counter to help me contact the Bus where I lost it, and in the same day I got my bottle back. ❤️

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The whole hotel was clean and peaceful. They made you feel so comfortable. Was able to fulfill any request that we had. The hotel was close to the train station, so it was easy to get around the city.

The only downside to this hotel is that it's quite far away (around 25 mins) from the major tourist visiting spots like Arashiyama, Golden Temple, Gion etc. We took buses back and forth but it wasn't ideal. I would stay closer to Gion in the future.

The four-person room was perfect for our family of two adults and two children, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. And the spa was beautiful and we used it twice.

Very firm bed and pillows.

Clean facilities. Razors, brush, toothbrush, and toothpaste pyjamas and slippers. Nice touches. Quiet location but still close to public transport. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Good restaurants located in the building.
