Wonderful hotel. We’re a family of four and we stayed three nights in two rooms: a comfort double and a twin. Great location, spacious and well organised rooms, fabulous shower, friendly staff. 2 stops on the metro from Umeda and 2 from Namba if I’m not mistaken. We really liked to visit Dotonbori but were glad we didn’t stay there.

Location is good but not quite where you'ld optimally want to be.

Very nice modern and new-looking hotel, with very helpful and obliging reception staff. Even though we only stayed 1 night, the staff were brilliant with our every request... Mainly us faffing on with luggage which they kindly stored for us after checkout ahead of our flight!

Room sizes were much larger than equivalent 3 star hotels in Japan. Although prices are closer to 4 star hotel anyway.

Great location - could easily walk down to Dotonburi. The room itself was spacious with good amenities. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

If there was more space to lay out or put away / hang up clothes, that would have been icing on the cake!

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient during our nine day stay, helping us with communicating with a restaurant and arranging luggage transfer to Tokyo. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious with a great shower and layout that optimized the small space. The laundry room was useful to keep packing light and the nearby restaurants, subway line and stores were quick and easy to walk to. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfectly nice. not luxurious, but just what we needed. Osaka is a wonderful city!

The bed was super comfortable. we enjoyed the breakfast which was partially ordered and part buffet. The location is one subway stop from the busy Dontonburi area but quiet where it is located. Subway access was close. Room is very modern and has many amenities.We had plenty of charging outlets and quality hair products to use!

There was only one outlet for the coffee and tea appliances, which was kind of bothersome when my boyfriend wanted coffee and I wanted tea, so we had to take turns. It's a small thing, but I wish we had more options for an evening light, sort of like the hanging lamp in the corner of the room which could only be turned on along with the bright art lighting.

We stayed here for a week, without breakfast. The room and the bathroom was really spacious, with plenty of places to relax. The Hommachi station is very close by, and there is also a world-class bakery and a beautiful park a few minutes away. It was nice to be able to get your room cleaned up without changing the sheets and the pyjamas.

We sadly had to keep the curtains closed because our room on the second floor had no privacy w/ the street facing window.

The room is beautifully decorated with a unique layout. The staff were incredibly kind & helpful when we needed to communicate w/ Osaka station Lost & Found to recover my husband’s phone that he left on a Shinkansen. The welcome drink bar and breakfast were delicious! There is onsite luggage forwarding available for a fee. The location has convenient access to the subway.

A ticketed menu breakfast is available and western-oriented, food of good quality. A soda water dispenser with syrup flavors is in-lobby. Staff exceptionally courteous and observed cleaning lobby in downtime.

We really liked this hotel. The only area we'd improve was the breakfast - it was ok and ordered like a brunch cafe. If you're after a big buffet and lots of choice, this isn't your place, but it was fine (if a bit expensive for what it was.)

This was the hotel highlight of our vacation in Japan. The room and hotel was of a very high quality and the room felt specially spacious relative to other hotels we stayed in. The bed was lovely and soft, like climbing into a cloud each night... but also supportive - a really nice memory foam affair. Free flavoured water at reception was a nice touch. Laundry was also very handy and effective. Really good location too... local metro station linked to pretty much everything.

Everything was clean, organized and easy to find, lots of amenities etc supplied. Quality bedding and restroom facilities. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed the soda bar.

Although the room looked nice, it was not really functional and on the small side. There was no storage space for clothing. The bed was really small, around 140cm, and uncomfortable, extremely soft. The staff had a very hard time understanding basic english. I asked for a thinner blanket since the one we had was extremely warm and in the end they provided one.

It is notoriously difficult for overseas visitors to book restaurants in Japan and it is recommended that it is done through your hotel concierge. This hotel has a policy where they do not help with restaurant bookings prior to your stay. This is in contrast with my other hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo who were more than willing to do so. As a result, quite a number of the restaurants I wanted to go to were booked out by the time I checked in which was very disappointing.

- Hard to walk to from the subway if you’re carrying luggage - The laundry room is right next to the smoking room and often smells like smoke
