The cabin was quite illuminated even with the courtines down due to the lights outside the cabin.

I liked the simplicity of the accommodation. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the hotel was close to all areas I needed to go. The staff were helpful and I loved that everything was provided.

Very nice option for those on budget, for me personally the cabin curtain did not close all the way down and the light that came through made it hard for me to sleep. But if this doesn't bother you it's a great place to stay.

The staff, like almost everywhere in Japan, can barely speak English. It was also a bit strange with the luggage. There was one place where only about three suitcases fitted in, otherwise you had to leave it at the reception or put it in front of the capsule. So sometimes it was like an obstacle course to the capsule. It was really very inconvenient.

The capsule was bigger than expected, it almost felt like a tiny mini-room. It was very clean and quiet. The onsen was great and it felt really good. In general, the common areas were also clean. The washing machine was very convenient and easy to use. The location was good and very convenient, there were two stations within walking distance.

This is my best stay in Japan. Staff gave me 2 towels for sento, individual slippers , change linen every day. They have great bathroom, with individual showers, equipped shampoo and body wash. Cabine have individual lockers into . Good location in center of city, and 24 hours welcome reception.

The corridor lights is quite bright and is left in all night. Perhaps after midnight these lights could be dimmed.

There was no where to obtain room temperature water, but the tap water is drinkable.

Great location, an easy 10 min walk from the Osaka train station. Easy to find as the signage is visible from the street. Many good food places around, and the receptionist introduced me to sushiro, a cheap sushi train restaurant! Not my first stay at first cabin, and loved it as always!

No luggage storage in the pod, which is fine because everyone places their luggage outside their pod. There is also a safe in the room to lock valuables.

The facility felt brand new. And the pods were huge! Plenty of room for one person and for a great price. Walking distance to subway line. And they have coin laundry! The showers and "spa area" was very clean. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Osaka!

Breakfast I had was so good that I ordered the same one for my family! Bread of sandwich was perfect!

I wish the screen had covered the entire top of the doorway so the hall lights didn’t shine in. Also be aware you will hear everything with ear plugs even (which I expected) so if you are a need to set you alarm and hit snooze a million times like the girl two cabins over was, please for your fellow travellers book elsewhere.

The larger cabin I booked had plenty of space in the safety deposit box for my bag and the table was helpful for devices.
