Nice and clean room. The room was bigger than in other hotels we have been so far. The employees were helpful and friendly. They supported us in sending our luggage to the next hotel.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what you get especially when considering it was more expensive than some restaurants. Also there are posters for the ‘It Cafe’ but it isn’t clear where the cafe was located as the food on the posters did not reflect the food served in the hotel restaurant/ bar.

I like all! They helped us a lot with shipping our luggage to Tokyo and even did our Check in.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and cute, with many nice details, it had everything you needed to feel comfortable and at ease, everything was very clean and tidy, I will go again when I return to Osaka. The food was delicious, and everyone was very friendly, especially Xiao san! thank you very much! The neighborhood is very nice, with a supermarket next door and very close to the metro station

First time we stayed at IT, we thought it was from the activities…but only to realize, it’s the best location for us! After a day of chaos in the city, shopping, walking with so much people, stepping out of Nishi-nagahori station, sooo peaceful and quiet and just right! Good location for us. Simple, clean property. This is why we stayed there again the 2nd time. And will do so again when we visit Osaka! Will definitely recommend to friends!

Breakfast was poor.Synthetic tastes for all foods. Not fresh. Would like to see more fresh produce like fruits and milk options would be good. Real meat rather than processed.

Super comfy beds and lovely lounge area. Large Supermarket next door was very helpful and I had a chance to do my washing as they have a laundry room.

The hotel generally wasn't within walking distance of any of Oaska’s attractions.

I did enjoy that the room was a lot more spacious than any of the other hotels I'd stayed at prior. I also liked that it was next to a grocery store so I was able to round the corner and get snacks and food. Staff was also fairly easy to communicate for non-Japanese speakers, at least in my experience.

The area of the hotel is residential but no attractions.

Nice good size room. Very nice lobby. Hotel has a laundry room. Near two subway lines and next to a wonderful grocery store with a great selection of prepared foods.

The room layout is exemplary where plenty of wall hooks for cloths. There is washing machines available and microwave cooker for heating food. The lobby is cosy and there is a big supermarket next door.

- the breakfast is always the same - you have to pay to use the laundry room, which should be included in the hotel price in my opinion

- the hotel looks nice and is clean - close to the metro station - decent sized room (for Japan)

Location is a bit out of the way but is close enough to a metro station (and a family mart) that we never had any issue getting anywhere in Osaka.

Clean room, excellent lobby, restaurant had great pizza, great value for money, friendly staff.
