The location is great but Rachel on in reception made some recommendations that we will be so grateful for. Her recommendations made the stay amazing. The music bar is what appealed to us when booking and it didn’t disappoint.

It was extremely close to all the places I had on my itinerary for my time in Kanazawa- walking. I took a wonderful e-bike tour with Ti & he indicated the hotel is in the fashion region. I really found it to be above my expectations. The staff were so helpful in booking me a cab to facilitate with my large luggage to train station. They were extremely helpful in planning additional things to do in Kanazawa . And the bar & food were delicious there. I loved how clean, comfortable it was.

For awareness, the free common areas available for more than one person are largely: a small outdoor balcony on the 9th floor and the outdoor patio on the 1st floor (when the music bar is not open).

The staff are very happy to help, and acknowledge you when you enter and leave the building. They have lots of recommendations for activities to do in the area. The room was one of the most spacious that we stayed in within Japan. The attached Kanazawa Music Bar is a lovely spot to eat a filling dinner and grab a nice drink. There are lounging spots outside on the main level, as well as a small area on the 9th floor with 3 chairs - this provides a lovely sunset or nighttime view on a clear night. The location is excellent. It is found on a side street that is quiet despite all of the surrounding shops. Importantly, Kenrokuen Gardens, Kanazawa Castle, and central Downton is walkable. Recommend!

Would be amazing if the bar downstairs served coffee all day, not just through the pre-booked breakfast. But plenty of other nearby places - it was just terrible weather the day we stayed and would have loved to sit and read in the bar with coffee!

Loved the room - super spacious for Japan! Traveling with my daughter and the room had two full sized beds and a bath for us. The bar was fantastic to return to after exploring and everything was clean and spotless. Comfortable and safe for 2 female travelers in a town we had never been to. Location in the mall was brilliant, we found great vintage and food, and could walk to the Gallery and stores. Had to uber from Train Station but was only 10 minutes away.

Located on nice pedestrian oriented shopping street. Adjacent to the entertainment district. We enjoyed the shared observation deck. The room was spacious but had a strange step down into the bedroom. The music bar was a great place to kick back at the end of the evening. Staff spoke English and we got some good directions and ideas from the manager.

i just want to commend the staff for going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable!! they were always so polite, wishing you well when you go out and greeting you when you come back plus i really appreciated how the staff took care of forwarding my luggage to my next accommodation, making sure to call the next accommodation to make sure someone would be able to receive my luggage and then making it so that i could save a little bit of money as well cos i had to send two luggages. i would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and i would love to stay here again next time i'm in tokyo!!

Fantastic hotel in downtown Kanazawa. Great design and decor, hip bar downstairs with cool music. Room was a great size with all facilities. Good shower. Very comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Short on drawers / hanging space for clothes. No television (actually a good thing when on holiday! )

Location was great. The front garden and bar was lovely - would enjoy it even more in warm sunny weather. Really easy to walk to points of interest and the hop-on hop-off bus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of little bars / restaurants close by.

Bigger than usual rooms, seems brand new, super comfy beds, helpful staff and a vinyl bar with yummy cocktails in the lobby. Location was on the loop bus to take you to all the Kanazawa sites and situated in a very cool part of town with lots of boutiques and bars

Great location, very nice area. There are many really nice stores around there. It's close to the old town, close to many restaurants. The room was very comfortable, and so was the bed. The staff was very friendly always had a smile. We loved the Music Bar. It has tons of great records and their mojitos are to die for. We loved the place.🥰😊

Friendly bi-lingual staff, great quiet location within sight of gardens and 21st museum of modern art. Bus stop close for journey to station (10 mins). Food available (including a simple breakfast) on site.
