The view from the rooms couldn't be any better. We were on 7th floor with unobstructed view of fuji. The rooms were huge and very modern. The beds were comfy and the heart shaped tub with the view was amazing. The 4 different private baths were very cool. We loved the snacks they gave out ( icecream at night, free 24 hour coffee machine, probiotic drinks in the morning, free ramen from 1030 pm to 11 pm). The lobby has bath salts (colored and scented) that you can use free of charge.

The beds were so hard, we woke up with a sore back unfortunately. Also we found it quite strange the towels weren’t refreshed if asked, we had to go down to reception and ask for new towels.

Loved the location. It was so quiet and peaceful! The bathing options were also nice and we managed to try them all before we checked out!

Mt Fuji was hidden behind clouds that day, no fault of the premises just that Fuji decided to be shy during my stay.

Great location, very smoothing hot springs. Enjoyable dinner and a well spread buffet breakfast in the morning. Generous sized room with private bathtub and fantastic views.

I noticed a few areas that could have been cleaner. Some might consider the rooms a little dated but it was very quaint.

Room was incredible - spacious, homely, excellent view and bath tub on the balcony was fantastic. The hotel was veyr accommodating. Onsen / spa was beautiful and relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was AMAZING. We were on our honeymoon and came here for one night to see Mt Fuji and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and the bath was lovely with incredible views of Mt Fuji! We did half board and the food for both dinner and breakfast were delicious! Our waiter (I can't remember his name unfortunately!) was so wonderful and made us smile so much! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay, faultless - clean, easy to check in, comfortable, warm. Private onsen are a big sell and the room onsen very enjoyable after a long day exploring. Everything thought of. Would highly recommend

My friend put away her bag on top of a wardrobe in the room and when she retrieved the bag before departing, a lot of dust came down with the bag. Also some wall mounted lamps don't seem to be dusted very often.

The view of Mount Fuji from the 3rd floor is good but of course the higher your floor, the better view (unobstructed) you get for photos. The website reads that customers cannot request for specific floors when filling in the "special requests" section. The hotel is encouraging customers to use only the needed amount of amenities to reduce waste, however, the shower room has the essential hygiene products. Well done for that ! The breakfast buffet is well appointed and catered for every taste.

The toilet doesn’t have heater and the cool air can blow inside through the windows which makes it so cold to bath.

Dinner left a lot to be desired and was definitely not to our taste. Next time we would not include dinner.
