We only found out about the free shuttle service between the hotel and the train station on the way back. Upon arrival, we called a taxi to the hotel.

The location is not obvious, but there is a free shuttle service between the station and the hotel. For those who want to rest for a night or a few days away from big cities, this hotel is perfect, especially the rooms with a private bathtub and a terrace facing Mount Fuji. The view is superb, it doesn't even seem real, and the bath in the private onsen is incredible for relaxing. The room is very clean and comfortable.

There was not a clear check in instruction, so if you don’t have a car it might be difficult. Also, there is VERY limited signage in english. We also found trash under the bed (and given the price point that seemed a bit discouraging). It might be because we stayed in an off-season, but a huge portion of the place (including the halls where the vending machines are) seem completely deserted!

The Japanese design room was great and the private onsen was amazing! The room was very spacious and comfortable! The food at the restaurant was really good too! The staff was helpful, even though some of them struggled with english. Their shuttle service between the buildings seemed frequent and convenient.

The hotel premises are very old and run down.

The room was fully refurbished and beautiful designed. I loved the hot bath on our balcony. The hotel is in a very beautiful and isolated area.

The staff is unable to communicate English well. The make up room took the futon bed cover and have to sleep without cover on our second night. Hotel shuttle bus start 8am and end pick up from train station at 7:30pm (which is very early if we explore out of hotel)

The rooms are fantastic. We had a private onsen on our terrace with a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. The staff are so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. In particular Hiroki Endo who helped us with our ongoing travel.

Generally a cosy stay. Maybe the property can put up clearer signboard or more information in the confirmation letter on where is the check-in location. Its quite lost though for first time visitor to locate the check in location

The outdoor lounge could have been cleaner, however we made do with the additional sheets supplied in the room. There were no vegan/plant based options (not even close) at any of the on-location restaurants.

The concierge was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. We had to book a very early taxi service and the hotel took care of everything for us, even changing our pick-up point before we asked to better suit our early departure.

The hotel room is quite far from the lobby building. It's quite difficult to communicate with lobby staff to come and help carry our luggages. The staff were very nice but not so accommodating.

The hotel room is very clean and comfort. The private onsen is superb. You got to be in the hot tub while experiencing the cool weather and forest views. Dinner included in the package is very good too. It was the course menu with seafood and beef. My parents really enjoy it.

If needed to judge, I think is the location, there is nothing nearby the hotel.

The resort is huge and our room is far from the main building. We felt isolated.

Could have more signs for the check in building. I took a while to locate it. The drive up and down the mountain everyday do take some time as well. Would have been better if the room controls (heater/aircon) have English translation.

Love the private bath. Soaked in it every day with Mt Fuji in view. Spacious rooms with good amenities as well.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did their best to arrange for a seafood-less menu for my wife. They were very helpful and patient with my limited amount of Japanese. The grounds were gorgeous and the location was incredible with Mt. Fuji.
