The balcony was quite badly maintained in my opinion which kindly spoilt the experience of sitting outside to enjoy the view.

We were here for one night during the end of the cherry blossom season! I booked the Double Room with Balcony with Mt.Fuji and Lake view - Non Smoking What i like about the room was the perfect view of mount fuji! I love waking up to the view! A quick google check : The hotel was built in 1963 and underwent a renovation in 2017 and hence i would say the condition of the room is considered okay. The room isnt big hence putting 2 luggages was quite a bummer but it is what we had expected. The beds are really comfy! FYI: if you're driving, you have to drive up a super narrow and steep 2 way road (which only allows for 1 car at a time per direction) , so please make your way up or down slowly.

I wish there had been an option for a western bed instead of Japanese beds on the floor. Breakfast could have some more options available to choose from

Amazing location, excellent views, very cute boutique property. Rooftub hot tub is really nice and worth the extra charge. Onsens were really great quality as well. We did shabu shabu for dinner and it was delicious.

The onsen is small with only 2 baths (indoor and outdoor) given that this is a small hotel. They only offer american breakfast, no japanese one.

Every room and almost everywhere in the hotel have fuji view. The hotel is small and cozy. Staffs are very friendly. What we like most about hotel’s facility is the free bike rental - their bikes are electric ones that save you lots of effort to bike around the whole city. We are able to cover some paths that are hard to get to thanks to the bike.

Rooms décor is very old and dilapidated. Brings down the whole experience. French dinner was more about looks than tastes, which were bland.

In hotel hot springs(Onsen) with Mt Fiji view, electric bikes, pretty common areas. Very friendly and pleasant staff.

The hotel is just amazing and the private onsen on the roof is a winner. If you worry about money then just say in a room without balcony, the experience will still be amazing!!

Honestly don't have much to say, the food was overpriced for what it was but given the location it's understandable.

From the get go the service is amazing. Offered a free drink as we checked in, luggage brought to the room, small gift on checkout. The staff were all super friendly, who spoke perfect English for anyone worried about language barrier.

Everything was great!

Great location, a bit farther away from the crowded Kawaguchiko, near beautiful lake. Spacious room, VERY comfy bed and pillows. You can book a private onsen or use public one - it’s not busy and tattoos are okay. The hotel is 30 min walk from the station, they also provide a shuttle from and to the station. Amazing view of the Mt Fuji from rooms as well as onsen and rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself!

Incredible views of Mount Fuji from every room. Wonderful service and excellent decor, art, and literature throughout the hotel. They also provide e-bikes for you to get around the area which is a big plus. We loved our stay!

The hotel is up a steep hill so definitely try and get the shuttle bus available through the hotel if you have luggage or else try and travel light.

View was absolutely amazing from our room. Meals both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff were so helpful and polite and we loved the onsen with a view of Mt Fuji.
