The small double bed was not good, almost like a sofa bed. Nice room though.

The only way to the hotel is very narrow up hill road. When you want to walk around the lake area. Down hill walk is easy, but when go up hill that will take some effort. Hop there will be alternative way or short cut to walk up and down.

The location,services,facilities and fantastic view are perfect.

The best view ever. Private hot spring for rent with a view of mt fuji. Amazing customer service, shuttle every 30 minutes from kawaguchiko station at area 10 (hotel bus area)

The drinks provided when booking the hot spring on the rooftop were tiny, even a standard size can of Pepsi or similar is 330ml the canned drink provided was mini-sized.

The view from many areas around the hotel on a clear day, which we were fortunate to have, was tremendous

The property is located above the other hotels on street level which means you get better view of Mt Fuji. Beautiful, boutique hotel with an onsen that faces Fuji as well. Free e bikes were easy to use and was one of the reasons why this is probably the best trips I’ve had.

Super stylish with amazing view. Staff are amazing and super helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. The bathrobes are super cute as well. We loved the private bath and electric bike rental. It was a memorable stay.

Unfortunately, it was raining on the day we arrived. This meant the rooftop wasn't open, whither would have been amazing.Luckily, the weather cleared next morning, and we enjoyed a great view of Mt Fuji.

Mizno's location opposote the lake was perect for viewong Mt Fuji and it's decor was unique. The Author's lounge was an inviting space to relax with a drink. The artwork on every level really added to the atmosphere. The onsen was lovely and qe really enjoulyed our japanese room and the French dinner and breakfast in the dining room overlooking the mountain. The foord and service were great.

The balcony was quite badly maintained in my opinion which kindly spoilt the experience of sitting outside to enjoy the view.

We were here for one night during the end of the cherry blossom season! I booked the Double Room with Balcony with Mt.Fuji and Lake view - Non Smoking What i like about the room was the perfect view of mount fuji! I love waking up to the view! A quick google check : The hotel was built in 1963 and underwent a renovation in 2017 and hence i would say the condition of the room is considered okay. The room isnt big hence putting 2 luggages was quite a bummer but it is what we had expected. The beds are really comfy! FYI: if you're driving, you have to drive up a super narrow and steep 2 way road (which only allows for 1 car at a time per direction) , so please make your way up or down slowly.

I wish there had been an option for a western bed instead of Japanese beds on the floor. Breakfast could have some more options available to choose from

Amazing location, excellent views, very cute boutique property. Rooftub hot tub is really nice and worth the extra charge. Onsens were really great quality as well. We did shabu shabu for dinner and it was delicious.

The onsen is small with only 2 baths (indoor and outdoor) given that this is a small hotel. They only offer american breakfast, no japanese one.

Every room and almost everywhere in the hotel have fuji view. The hotel is small and cozy. Staffs are very friendly. What we like most about hotel’s facility is the free bike rental - their bikes are electric ones that save you lots of effort to bike around the whole city. We are able to cover some paths that are hard to get to thanks to the bike.
