Very nice cozy hotel with a stunning view in the japanese style room. Everyone was really friendly in the hotel and they had no problems with speaking english. There are also 2 onsen, one for women, one for men. Everything was very clean. We loved staying in the hotel. Thank you very much for this experience.

Japanese-style rooms with stunning Fuji and lake views, helpful and friendly staffs. This is my second time with this hotel in 5 years and there will be a third on my next visit to Kawaguchiko.

Amazing view to the lake and mount Fuji. The breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared on our table. Complimentary shuttle bus from and to Kawaguchiko train station. All staff are super friendly. I can really recommend this hotel.

Exceptional customer service. Staff will help with luggage and very accommodating for dietary needs. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Tatami room was very spacious and comfortable and view was superb!

We booked the Japanese style room with Lake & Mt Fuji view. Both the room and view did not disappoint. It was awesome waking up each morning with the view of Mt Fuji. The futon beds were very comfortable and after huge day of walking and hiking, it was so nice to chill in the onsen. Our breakfast and dinner were delicious and the staff were very helpful and attentive. If we ever come back to Japan, we would definitely stay here again.

Best stay we had - from the facilities, to the services, food served and cleanliness. Everything and anything that you could think of - the hotel clearly exceeded the expectations. We witnessed the staff very diligently cleaning the common areas and rooms, the onsen was great, and the service provided by staff was exceptional! Definitely returning for another stay! Initially planned to explore Kawaguchiko area in the morning, but decided to enjoy the hotel facilities and view of the lake and Mount Fuji instead.

The purpose of this trip was to celebrate my family's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared gifts. In addition, the shuttle service provided by the hotel is also very convenient. We were very happy to stay at the hotel for two nights and be able to view Mount Fuji.

The staff are all very responsible and polite, explaining the facilities and introducing me to what I could do this and that. The view of my room is absolutely magnificent. The dinner and the breakfast are a must try item. It is definitely an enjoyable experience to have stayed at this hotel.

Not close to the station but hotel shuttle bus only a 5 min wait away - can’t complain really.

Amazing location and phenomenal service from all staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and very cute. View was indescribable - truly in awe. Dinner and breakfast were so good, the dining experience was unmatched.

The Wi-Fi is a little bit weak

Amazing stay near the Mt.Fuji. You can see the Mt.Fuji just in your room. The traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner are also perfect. About the hot spring , wonderful! Thank you ! I will come back here again.

The water temp for showering is quite difficult to control. It may went from cold to hot by just a slight touch.

The staffs are so friendly and so nice. We arrived at the main station of the city very late and they still come to pick us up in the freezing weather. Wait its kinda too dramatic right? However, the view from the room is so fantastic a lake and the Mt.fuji stand right there in front of you just throught a large-size window. The dinner is very fine there are options for you to choose what you want to enjoy your night. We happen to stay at the day held a fireworks festival of the lake and we can see the fireworks show clearly from our room. Happy morning with a incredible view of the Mt.Fuji enjoy a moment with snacks and drink from minibar (its included of course!) Breakfast is as good as the dinner with a heart-warming service from staffs. Only one thing that we regret about the hotel is we only have one night to stay at this place.
