Nothing, the Hotel was perfect.

The largest, best room we used while in Japan. Everything was open, so much light, fantastic views, MASSIVE bed that was able to fit 5 adults shoulder to shoulder when we had the rest of our party over, our kid loved the room to move. Everything was clean, the service was fantastic... the place was perfect and I'll be coming here every Japan trip.

The lounge area up on our floor where they served free tea, coffee, biscuits, cheese during the day and wine, beer and other drinks in the evening. the lady who worked in the lounge was exceptionally kind and helpful- the staff were lovely and helpful. The concierge staff stored our bags for us when we returned to Yokohama at the completion of our cruise . very kind !

The only thing I would say the shower was over the bath, not a fan.

The location of this hotel was perfect.It was close to Osnabashi the overseas passenger terminal but also close to Chinatown and attractions. Busstop was outside and we ended up getting an all day ticket. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and lovely. We would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again. After checkout we were also able to store our luggage until departure.

The check-in & check-out time was super strict and there is no exceptions.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel was able to squeeze in an additional bed which was awesome!

We arrived early at the hotel (after our long flight from Australia )and my 88 year old mother, who was travelling with my husband and I ,was not feeling well and needed to lie down. Our room was not ready but at 2pm the reception staff said we could access our rooms . When we checked out on the 18th November we were presented with an extra bill for both rooms for accessing our rooms before 3pm,We had not been informed of the extra charge when we checked in . I felt that it was unreasonable for the hotel to put an extra charge on our bills when the extra charge had not been disclosed to us at checkin . The only reason why we needed to access our rooms at 2pm was to care for my elderly mother.

I liked the lounge on the 16th floor where we stayed ! Having a quiet space to rest and have a drink or a cup of tea was lovely!

Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is superb. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. We had a corner room in the tower with magnificent views north and east. The room was very spacious and comfortable. This was our last night in Japan after 24 days and it was a wonderful ending. The limousine bus to Haneda Airport leaves just from across the road.

There wasn't one thing that I didn't like. This hotel exceeded my expectations!

The staff was OUTSTANDING! The room view was magnificent. The location was perfect. I would stay here again when I come to Yokohama. It was a great beginning to my vacation. Thank you everyone on the staff

Rooms felt very old, and while not exactly dirty, they didn’t feel very clean.

Location was great, right next to the harbor with views of the gundam factory as well as the Ferris wheel.

The location is wonderful, right next to Yamashita Park and just a short walk to Chinatown, Motomachi, and Minatomirai. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay.
