Nothing we didn't like; it was perfect!

Amazing hotel! The location is good, with a subway station and the Osaka Castle in walking distance. Also across from a park next to the river. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the first moment onwards. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The shared bathroom is modern and very clean, with sufficient toilets and showers. The breakfast was very tasty, healthy and a good start of the day for exploring Osaka.

Rooms could be a bit bigger but other than that it was very nice.

Very friendly service and super clean. Great value for money. The staff is very helpful. They for example recommended us several restaurants and we had the best ramen so far!

Only fridge is in the shared common space on the 5th floor. So I had to leave my room for any food I had there. Not really the end of the world at all, but if I had to pick something. Also, probably not a good choice for large groups, as it is rather small.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I loved the breakfast, and coziness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They gave great recommendations. The bike rental is an added plus, and is a great way to see the city. I would definitely stay here again any time I’m in Osaka.

A beautiful boutique hotel, the room was clean and stylish. The staff always welcoming and kind. Breakfast was delicious and coffee also good. There are very cute cafes and bars around the area and it’s just 20/30 min walk from Osaka Castle. Explore the area nearby if you get a chance

Relaxed , small and very friendly. Location suited us, not far from a station, but open space along the river. Good coffee, and enjoyed the yoga class.

Eveyrthing was great. Maybe the hotel can improve in regards to providing free kettle and/or coffee in the room. It goes a long way.

We found the bed a bit too hard. But some part of our group liked it that way.

This is a nice and cozy hotel conveniently located near a river and several public transport stations. The breakfast was very delicious (especially the juice) and the personnel was friendly and helpful. Even though the bathroom (and the sleeping room) is a bit small, it is clean and practical.

I would suggest to turn down the volume of the music at breakfast time.

An excellent Art-Deco City Hotel! Ayaka is taking care of each guest with attention and kindness like the entire team indeed. The room is minimalist which I loved. The breakfast is delicious! I will return to Hotel Noum without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Osaka. Beautiful location down by the river, lovely walks/places to cycle and very near multiple train stations. Easy to get around but also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was included in our booking and they did not disappoint! Their menu was lovely and meals were balanced and well thought out. They also make a lot of their ingredients, such as granola and yoghurt in house, so everything was extremely fresh and tasty. The staff were gorgeous and always very accomodating, helpful and friendly. Twice I got caught in the rain walking back from the train station and was given extra towels and an umbrella. I could not fault the service and absolutely would stay again.

There was really nothing I could fault! I loved everything about my stay and wished I stayed for more than 3 nights, not only because Osaka was a lot better than expected, but I could have just spent days alone in the hotel!

What an incredible hotel! I couldn't have been more happier than what I recieved. First of all, the staff were the most friendly, warm and welcoming people I met in Japan, from making sure you have everything you need to even opening the elevator door for you, they surely do exceed to give the best impression and make your stay at Hotel NOUM the easiest, most relaxing experience possible. All staff spoke amazing English and I never had any trouble communicating with them. And then the room, I booked a Single Room with Shared Bathroom and River View, it was AMAZING! Super clean, big, lots of space for moving around and places out of the way to put your suitcase. It was super fresh and bright, and had everything you needed; big bed with pajamas, good air conditioning/heating, a desk and comfy chair, a full size mirror, a sink with fresh towels and flannels, lots of lights, power outlets everywhere, and the most minimalist, simple decor that was relaxing to look at. The showers and toilets were all super clean like everywhere else in the hotel, good pressure and the fragrance of the soap/shampoo/conditioner was sooooo nice and calming. The cafe, combined with reception, on the first floor served amazing breakfast, you get a plate, a fresh juice and a tea/coffee. I included breakfast in my stay which I think was a good idea because there are not many other places I noticed in the area open early in the morning. Everything I ate was tasty, and it was always a good vibe and atmosphere in the cafe/reception. And yes, they have great services such as laundy room, refrigerators/freezer, a rooftop terrace, a baggage room for before/after check out, and of course the cafe.

Staff were kind and super helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well-designed, and loved being able to see the sakura blooming along the river from my window. Metro stations were about a 10-minute walk, but great to have options for different train lines. Breakfasts and coffee at the cafe downstairs were great too.
