Lovely spot overlooking the river by Nakanoshima Park. The staff were really lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was great.

Staff were kind and super helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well-designed, and loved being able to see the sakura blooming along the river from my window. Metro stations were about a 10-minute walk, but great to have options for different train lines. Breakfasts and coffee at the cafe downstairs were great too.

The location wasn't the best, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time in the Dotonburi or busier parts of the city. However, the train wasn't too far to walk to.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice having a cafe downstairs. Had all facilities needed for short or long stay. Rooftop was nice for a view.

Area is not as lively as other parts of Osaka so there are less dining options.

Peaceful hotel within walking distance of the metro and Osaka castle. Amenities in the room were greatly appreciated. Very kind staff who gave me an umbrella on checkout so I wouldn't have to unpack to get mine. ありがとうございました

The rooms … while all clean… we’re very small. And the rooftop patio shouldn’t even be advertised u til it is improved… folding aluminum chairs was about it.

The staff were by far the best!!!….. the restaurant breakfast was unbelievably delicious. The chef is gifted. The staff/meals made this a 4.9/5

Great hosts they great you everytime you get and out. They even push the elevatorbutton when you come (we are not used to that 😅) Great breakfast (6 different options, with a small smoothie and coffee, tea or juice) Close to a few stations (10 min walk) Overall perfect for us (for backpackers)

The cafe, the location. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood with cute cafes and stores. It’s close to all the main tourist attractions, the staff, the clean rooms with windows you can open for fresh air. The rooftop terrace. The vibe was great

It was a little difficult getting into and out of our bed as it was in an alcove. It would have been good to have a kettle in the room but fortunately there was a kitchen we could use just across the hall.

The breakfast was very good indeed, a good selection, very well presented and delicious. The chef even came to tell us about the ingredients and sources. The service from all staff was excellent. It was great to have night shirts provided as our luggage did not arrive on our flight. The ambience and style of the building is impressive, especially the use of real wooden detailing.
