The bathroom feels a bit old in comparison with the rest of the room.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The location is a bit out of the way, but I think the price makes up for that.

Toilet and bathroom are too small. Bed is also too small and not suitable for 2 ppls.

Good location. 5-10 mins from station. Staff are nice and very helpful. Able to store luggage before and after stay. Breakfast is very good and with nice price. Various types of styles (Japanese, Western, Benedict) are provided.

My only comment is the toilet bidet because its not fuctioning well. I think we need to take minutes to use the bidet but after that its already not functioning. I hope you can do a solution. Thank you.

Even if the hotel is close to department store and donki, I feel quite risk of people when walking outside at night.

it’s pretty close to the station (West Exit) around 5-10 minute walk. The atmosphere is pretty nice where you can see the river from window. The room is wider than expected. The decoration is in modern style.

a little thing but ¥ 500 for both the small and large cardboard boxes they sell for home delivery is considerably more expensive than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Also, they had almost no packing tape on hand when I required it.

The bathroom was a very large step up from the room. I was glad that I wasn't a lot older and trying to use it. As it was I hurt my knee a little just stepping up. Not sure anything can be done about it-just a warning for others who might have difficulty.

We walked from the train station to the hotel. The room was spacious for Japan. There was a kettle and a mini fridge with a couple of bottles of water. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. They have five set breakfast options. The service was very fast. They had a receptionist who spoke perfect English and she checked us into the hotel and explained everything.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The hotel location was great too, not too far away from Yokohama station but also not too close. There are a lot of shopping area nearby and also lots of food choices. Prices are extremely great and the hotel provides all the facilities you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The room was very small and basic. The prize was really high and I would have not taken this hotel with this prize. Noticed at the site that it was three stars only.

It is tricky to get to the hotel from Yokohama station. The best way is to use the underpass of the station, and if you go out of the station, the google map will have hard time navigating you due to lots of underpass beneath the streets, and there are not many crosswalks.

There aren't many people using the public bath, so we had really good experience using the public bath. It was a great chance to experience Japanese bathing culture before we go to Onsen. The young female staffs were so nice and tried to help us understanding using translator. The facilities were nice and clean.
