Noise from the street and too much air conditioning

Really nice staff and really comfy and clean room ! Just in front of the metro station to Umeda and not far from Shin Imamiya to travel . Family Mart and big supermarket just in front !

View - we had none, but nothing you/they can do something about. Location looks dirty, but os quite ok.

Location was good for us as we went to Koyasan later, but the view is limited by surrounding buildings or into main street. Beds are good, my girlfriend was able to fall asleep finally :) Breakfast is very good, i recommend french toast or salmon. Very friendly staff and gently parfumed premises.

We had a double room which was a bit small but this is typical for Japanese places. Our friends had a twin room and it was much more spacious.

We loved the pool table!! A great touch to the very aesthetic lobby. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed. It was 50 metres from the train station and only 2 station stops away from the main Namba/Dotonbori area!

There is one "but" with this hotel, otherwise it will be 10/10. But the noise... Window is unable to isolate noice from street. You can expect loud night sirens from ambulances and the loud sounds of motorbikes, which are obviously doing night-time races. Room door is not good as well. If you have bad luck for neigbours, you can hear chatting in hall like they were inside your room. It's a shame about these problems, because otherwise it would be an absolutely perfect hotel. Maybe you will be lucky. We slept here for 3 nights and one was ok.

No cabinet to store luggage inside the room. No space under the bed as well ( the hotel we stayed in Tokyo, you can store luggage under the bed ).

The Staff , All Friendly & Very Nice ❤️🥰👏🏻 The location was perfect. Family Mart, McDonalds , 2 groceries and good restaurants nearby. Yotshubashi line outside the hotel, Hanazonocho Station exit 4. Beautiful hotel.

The view from the room I had been given and the breakfast was rather terrible especially when I paid JPY1650 for it!

I like the location because it is an easy and convenient access to the subway which is only a few stops away from the main shopping areas, and there are several eateries nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel and room are commendable. Perhaps it just opened last Oct, so cleanliness is still there. Hopefully, it will remain the same after a year.

Room was a tad bit cramped but serviceable

Walking distance to train station, supermarket/grocer, so many convenience stores and local eateries. Daiso is just across the hotel. Staff was super helpful with luggage transfer to airport (using airporter). There’s a coin laundry in the foyer/dining area.

The location: amazing + Convenience store next door (opens 24 hours) + McDonalds next door (open 24 hours) + Metro station in front (direct access to Nishi-Umeda where you can enter Osaka station right away) The staff: wonderful + Extremely helpful (to my questions, and also when I needed a power plug converter, they kindly lend me one immediately) + Incredibly friendly (full of smiles, they wish me "have a nice day" or "have a nice trip" when I go out, they greet "good morning/afternoon" when I enter, they also wish me "have a nice meal" when they see me bringing in some food) Bonus: when I could not take out money from the ATM, one of them (maybe the owner/manager/a customer/not sure because he was wearing a casual clothes and a backpack) was kind enough to take my EUR and exchanged it to JPY. Saved my day because I was in rush to take the metro. The facilities: awesome + The wifi is great (I work remotely from here and I never had any problems with video calls in any time) + Really clean (like, really really clean. The color combination and furniture are brining peace to my mind haha) + Toothbrush, bath robe, bath mat, coffee, tea, and some others are provided on the ground floor so it's easy to pick up by myself (no need to request to the staff) + The double room has everything I need (no complaints) and personally, I like the interior design Summary: if I can give it a 6 stars or a 12/10 score, I would.
