Hot water in breakfast was too high for me to see how to work it. Staff member came + helped. Chair in room had big arms so too big for space + too hard to move. Could only put suitcase on desk. No room on floor. Would be good to get card to reserve breakfast table, on arrival.

Breakfast was very good. Washing machine great. Close to stations. Able to leave suitcase at hotel before arrival. Great view from breakfast.

Parts of the room wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. The mattress for example had a thick layer of dust and other parts were just lacking in cleanliness.

The property was in an excellent location. It also had a large tv which you was able to stream things off your phone.

Not too much of an issue but it’s about a 10-15 min walk to any station. Some families may not like Shinjuku area due to love hotels being close by etc but as a couple we thought this hotel and area was fantastic!

Great location in Shinjuku - so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were initially worried about the room (due to some bad reviews on booking.com), but ours was a decent size (for Japanese standards) and comfortable with our own private bathroom. Our room was also quiet and we had a great view of Shinjuku. The rooftop bar is also fantastic with amazing views! Would definitely return.

My 2nd time staying here, great location, rooms have everything you need. Love the views from the roof top bar. Staff are all friendly and felt like a safe place for a solo female traveller.

Rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing. Great happy hour deals, amazing view and great staff. Have not found anything like this in Tokyo. Breakfast was also good and location is perfect

Initial room was very small, needed to upgrade to a larger room (additional cost of course). Both rooms were a bit dated, walls were scratched up a bit, stand-up lamp and a swinging chair in room were not needed-took up valuable space. There was not enough storage space, my wife and I had to practically live out of our suitcases. Had some issues with the air conditioning which was resolved by maintenance staff..

Very comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, superb daily housekeeping and wonderful location. Room was very quiet despite us being on the 2nd floor. Staff were wonderful, very accommodating and always addressed our concerns immediately. Good internet throughout the hotel. Having access to washing/drying machine was very helpful. Great coffee bar downstairs in the lobby and a wonderful roof top bar.

A little bit off the "beaten path" - which made it a little quiter, I think. We had to take quite a few taxis from the station (too old and too cold to walk) and most were not familiar with the hotel (GPS got us there).

Breakfast buffet was quite good - varied menu options! The staff at the hotel was very helpful and attentive. We had 2 different rooms (split stay) - of the 23 floor plans...big for Japan standards.

Amenities in the room (shower gel etc) were limited. Room is relatively small.

Prime location for travelling on to other cities. Hotel is functional and good as a base.

The location wasn’t great, as we had to walk quite a distance to the stations we needed. Convenience stores weren’t that close either. The shower is small and outdated. Quite a dusty room.

The hotel bar/restaurant was a big bonus, we loved eating and drinking there. Small rooms but enough space for a short stay. The one good thing about the location is that it is very close to golden Gai.

Location is near red light district. Room felt outdated and cramped.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Gave us umbrellas when it was raining. Relatively clean room service.
