Ocean view was great, however opposite part of hotel not so beautiful. Dinners were too expensive comparing price to value. Car park should be free for guests.

Pillows are too soft. Staff's English level needs to be improved so can provide more assistance. Location is a bit far from everything.

Very comfy bed, restroom with bath tub and clean room with balcony. Very happy with the breakfast and dinner at restaurant on 2nd floor. Car Park is 550 Yen/day. Beach can swim in 1 min walking distance.

The beds were very hard, the gym was closed, and the location was fine but not great. We had rooms that did not face the beach. WE had a view of the water but also a construction site.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were large and comfortable.

Carpark is a bit far away so it is inconvenience. The hotel is located a bit remote and is in the middle of nowhere. On the last day of our stay, the restaurant was full so the staff guided us to have breakfast in another room nearby, claiming that everything (food, service etc.) is the same. However, the choice of food was much less and the room was quite primitive comparing to the restaurant we used to have breakfast. This arrangement should be improved.

Buffet breakfast is great, beds are comfortable, it is always good to have a room with a balcony.

Area looks like you are driving into a dock/ port which you are! They do good information of local area for food - cheaper than hotel! About 7 minutes drive. But not super pretty area but then we only needed it for locality to airport.

Nice view of beach area, large single beds, 2 chairs and good balcony if needed. Good breakfast choices, more Asian than Western, obviously but enough. Clean, good facilities. Very easy to get to airport which is why we booked.

Well we used to get a welcome candy plate but didn’t get one this year. I felt unwelcome. LOL. Also they went to cheaper hairbrushes and amenities so lowered the value. One more thing for the 1st time our room meal food was cold when it was delivered. That was disappointing because it has always been good.

I love the quiet location. With a rental car it’s not hard to go places. The view and quiet beaches is so relaxing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My husband and I have stayed here 4 years in a row. It is home away from home for us. The lounge service was top notch as always. Adding in a continental breakfast was great. It was nice to have another choice for breakfast.

Parking is a little cumbersome, the front desk is at level 2 and then you have to park somewhere else at level 1. It costs 5500¥ a night.

Staff were very helpful in finding out information about the ferry. It’s really close to the farmer’s market/fish centre where you can get some fresh seafood and also the ashibinaa outlet mall. About 3-5 mins drive away from each of them. Not exactly located right on the beach itself but it’s more of a 2 min walk away. Breakfast buffet was quite ok, priced at 1700¥ per person. Overall the best hotel I had on this trip, comfortable and clean, with friendly staff. I believe they gave us a free room upgrade to level 9, the premium club level, and there was a separate bath, sink and toilet area - very useful for getting ready in the mornings.

There is mold on the air vent cover, and also molting smell in the room. The air condition system is needed to clean. Mold is not good for health.

Luckily we had a car as the resort is a fair way from Naha. Once you are there it is a long way to go out to eat. The restaurant and buffet are not cheap if you only need a snack for evening meal.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help. The ocean view is amazing - especially at sunset. The pools are always clean. The breakfast buffet included in our deal was very good.

Unfortunately, this hotel still charges for the parking lot. I think customers would be much more satisfied if this "unnecessary" cost was waived. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, but the quality is not as high as the dinner restaurant in B1.

Very open and spacy hotel which is very kids friendly. The pool area has been fully renovated and the kids had a blast. Few mins walk to Bibi Beach for those who prefer ocean water over pool water :) stunning ocean view and spacy nice rooms. Dinner (a la carte) in the B1 restaurant was very good!

I thought there was a private beach but it wasn't and the beach outside was small and water was not clear. Carpark wasn't free and you have to run your parking ticket over the machines every time you park.
