Some of the saff doesn't really greet people or have common courtesy. One of the front desk clerks didn't even acknowledge when greeted until I insisted twice with my greeting. Until then, he kind of mumbled. For some of the staff, not all, it seems their best practice is to avoid client interactions altogether. It gives the impression we, the guests, are bothering them by just saying hi.

Clean facility, good breakfast for the price. Room was decent size.

I seem get charged $ 24 dollars at check in front desk without knowing why. I thought I was charged parking while booking on line right after paying for the hotel and when I check in at front the front desk, the lady Told me I need to pay for parking which is fine. I believe she said $24 but invoice I received is only $4 dollars and few cents. If there is extra fee, I thought invoice would show it. But because of the satisfaction we have had over night. I don’t mind to pay a bit more. However, I which it can be a bit more transparent.

I don't like being over charged with b.s. fees. I was, of course, charged when we arrived, but we weren't given a receipt or even told what were actually being charged for our stay until we checked out yesterday. I've never encountered that at ANY hotel EVER. Especially not a Hilton. A business should ALWAYS be honest and up-front about their costs because that's what you're supposed to do. You want your customers to have some trust in you, not scam them. I was only charged $9 dollars more but I should've been told what I was actually going to be charged beforehand not after I checked out. I won't stay there again.

The staff was just so nice and the room was lovely but the mattress, for me, was too firm. My husband loved it though because his back felt way better! 🤣🤣

Really not much to complain about. A convenient location with a very nice surrounding area. The only thing that could have been better was that it appeared that they rarely vacuum under the bed. We were looking for something that we dropped on the floor and we’re quite surprised by the debris under the bed.

The lifts for handicap people at the pool and hot tub, needed to be working. One of my family members is in a wheelchair.

We were greeted by friendly staff and felt comfortable with the questions we asked as well as the answers we received. The breakfast was very nice and the facility was clean and comfortable.

Rooms are only cleaned every 5th day. However you can request a cleaning and fresh towels at any time. I think this policy is ok for a married couple. But if you are not a couple, but friends or relatives sharing a room, this does not work. I paid $143-176 each night. My mother and I stayed 4 nights. I think the bathroom should be cleaned daily at those prices automatically. I requested a cleaning the 2nd day, then I stopped at Walmart and bought the supplies to clean my own bathroom.

Hot breakfast every morning with several choices. We had a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The beds were comfortable. The 2 room suite was comfortable.
