We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast and dinner were superb. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very nice with a good private spa pool. The public bath was also very good with the "medicine" water very nice. The next time I visit, I would splurge on a bigger room.

We were not informed reservations had to made for dinner so we were given a late timing to eat, even though this was a half board plan. They also did not empty the bins in the room daily.

Hong KongI am not very comfortable with the bathroom, which has a glass wall and door facing outdoor.
The staff is very helpful, they even clean our suitcases for us, which were a bit dirty from the snow outside. The food is great, the dinner buffet has a large variety of food. The room is very spacious and well decorated. The in-room onsen is great, but not big enough to fit in 2 people at the same time.

United StatesThere was an exceptional worker at the front desk. Her name was Miyo Goshima, she was extremely helpful and cheerful. I wish more resorts had people like her. The in room Onsen bath was excellent as with the rest of the room. The room was really peaceful and relaxing. The meals and buffet were one of the best in Japan.
