The breafast was for the price terrible. It was served in boxes, prepared the night before. You had to eat it in your room. So if you were there with friends, you could not eat breakfast together. And the quality of the breakfast was not fresh at all. The price not worth is.

Utter value for money! If you want to avoid the hustle of Ginza and be in a nice comfortable and family neighbourhood then look no further! This property is in the middle of Shinjuku and Ginza located in Yotsuya. The subway with access to JR and metro is literally 500 meters. Rooms are small but equipped with Washing Machine, Microwave, kitchenette and other required amenities. Language is a challenge however the staff does their best to accommodate you! Free flowing Coffee vending machine is a great plus as well! We loved the balcony as it gives a nice breather after hours of walk around Tokyo! Several convenient stores just beside the entrance of the hotel. Walk across the street to please your palette with plenty of options 👍🏼

We had one interaction with the staff during check-in wherein I do not remember many words spoken. The room was average, the decor did not support in make it look breezy or spacious

Compared to other "Tokyu Stays", this facility could do with some remodelling / modernization.

The place is within easy walking distance to Yotsuya station. It is conveniently equipped with a washing machine etc., and provides guests with a great feeling of privacy. Staff is most helpful.

The location was actually a lot more convenient than I expected. This hotel is easy walking distance from Yotsuya station which has Metro line (Marunouchi line and Namboku line) and JR line (Chuo line and Sobu local line). Because Yotsuya is in the mid point of Tokyo metropolitan areas, with these train lines we could reach both Asakusa, Tokyo the east side, and Shinjuku and Shibuya the west side at within around 30 min. I didn’t know Yotsuya is such a convenient place! We also found many small but nice restaurants along a small alley near Yotsuya Sanchome station area which is another nearby station. We had a nice dinner and drink there. I’ve stayed Tokyu Stay group’s hotel many times, and room quality is quite decent as always with a small kitchen and washing machine, which made our stay more comfortable. Additional bonus of this hotel particularly was it had a large window which is rare for this type of hotel in Tokyo. We had a great view of Tokyo from our room and we enjoyed it.

The breakfast was awfull. You needed to wait until the staff opened a kind of box. Then you had to take a basket and put the breakfast in that that basket and eat it at your room. If you are with friends it is not at all enjoyable. And the quality of the breakfast was cold and not at all good for the price of 1320 Yen. At the café near the hotel you could have fresh food and coffee for less money.

The location was good, near the Yotsuya station, and near all kind of restaurants. The room was very good, big enough, with small kitchen, and wassing machine.

Above our bed is window with cold air breezing in all night. it's not good especially for kids who are not used to cold air. they might get sick. we moved the kids head half way down the bed.

The location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Has a small mall nearby. The two subway lines and the JR line makes it perfect for the daily commute. We also loved the view from the balcony, our room, it was spacious, and was equipped with a perfect kitchenette.

Found my room with some dust and floor was not properly cleaned under desk or corners. Nothing major but more attention to detail should be added during cleaning.

Great location with metro and JR. Convenience stores nearby. Great for longer stays without the inconvenience of someone entering your room every day.

The location is not at Shinjuku as the hotel name suggests. The cleaning is limited (changing towels and discarding trash only), except one time during our stay (which was 9 nights) that we had a full cleaning.

Cleanliness was not up to standard for a hotel of this grade. There were bits of food and trash under the sofa and bed. The gap between the toilet seat and tank was full of dust and previous customers' hair.

Spacious room with enough floor space for morning yoga, or for two people to not feel on top of one another all the time. On site parking was much appreciated, as most coin parking in the area is rather expensive. Parking spaces are limited so reservations are essential.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. The position is excellent, within few minutes walk from metro station, supermarket, post office and restaurants. Well connected to any other areas of Tokyo by train, metro or bus.
