Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe Place exceeded my expectations. Nice to stay her if you are travelling light, with not to many luggage since the walk to the subway may be hard. But location is close to many tourist spots and usually a couple of train rides to other attractions. Highly recommended.

SingaporeThe pillow is thin and hard. Most of the Tv channel is in japanese and movies are limited luckily I bring along my tablet so that I can watch Netflix and Mptv while in Osaka and Kyoto.
Location wise is good a walking distance to Osaka Castle and train station...Nearby is the Terang bulan Indonesian Halal restaurant where the food are super delicious. Hotel staff are nice and ready with a smile and they are helpful too.. The room are huge and they also provide cooking utensils.. Thank You Hotel mystay Otemae for the pleasant stay..

AustraliaThe mattress was a light hard for me and you only get 1 pillow per person. They are a small oversight for the rest of the positives.
The location is fantastic! Easy walking distance to Osaka Castle. Local metro is a 3 minute walk and connects with all lines. The neighbourhood is wonderful with a local park on the next corner which was full of Sakura. It is our choice to stay here every time we visit Osaka. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to whatever you ask of them. Some staff speak English very well.

FinlandThe interior is a bit dull and could use a bit of colour. The hotel was also a bit difficult to find at first.
The rooms were big enough for our suitcases and we especially liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. It's a five-minute walk to the nearest metro station and Osaka Castle is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel.
