We stayed in the Half Ocean Suite Double Room with Partial Sea View. The view of the beach and city was beautiful! The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. The room was clean and very spacious. On the 3rd floor, there is a coin-operated laundromat with dryers! :) Felix by STX is conveniently located on Subway Line 2. You can get off at Haeundae Station, go towards Exits 5 & 7, and follow the signs to the hotel property. There are plenty of food options, Olive Young stores for the ladies, and convenience stores near Felix. Additionally, there is a WOW pass kiosk on the opposite side of the Felix property in another hotel. Haeundae Market and the beach are both within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Would stay here again!

The lifts could be very slow but was fine on most occasions.

Everything was excellent. Location marvellous, breakfast not great but fine, cleanling great, space really good, people at front desk efficient and very helpful. The best value.

The elevator was a waste of time. Everything it was taking between 5 to 10 minutes to get it at your floor. If you need to catch a bus/taxi plan accordingly

It's a busy building and not all floors belong to the hotel, hotel reception is on the 6th floor which can bother some people. Except from the fact that there can be a queue for the elevator it wasn't a big deal to me.

If you worry about booking Haeundae off season don't. It's a great neighboorhood to be in. I was there early april. Hotel is right off the subway , close to express bus station and common pick up point for many tours. Room was very clean and fully equipped. Service was excellent, I'd totally recommend this place.

Although there were plenty of lifts, they were extremely slow during peak hours. Floors can be cancelled by pushing the button twice which resulted in a few annoyed guests in the lift. The toilet seats in both rooms were unable to remain upright.

Location was directly above the Haeundae subway. Also located at the north end of the main street with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Shower was fantastic and shampoo smelt great.

The floor heating and hot water heater were on the same control panel and very difficult to understand in English. The wait for lifts was ridiculously long. There is no ice machine.

The rooms are low quality and quite shabby, so are the facilities. But - the price is super super cheap, so what more could you expect.

Info from staff was lacking - each different question was met with the same copy and pasted answer that didn't really address the question. It was only by reading reviews and making a few guesses that we could work out how to check in properly (if driving, just drive into the car park - entrance on the pedestrianised street and yes it does appear OK to drive there - and park anywhere; then take the lift to floor 6 where reception is (not floor 1, marked as 'concierge'; staff will register the registration number and then you can drive in and out freely during your stay).

Great suite with plenty of space at a good price. I could almost live there!

The bathroom is very cold. And it is not enough hanger for us.

The location is good for family You don't see the beach but can approach the bus and subway stations easily. The room condition is clean and warm. My son and I were satisfied with it.

1. The beds were uncomfortable for us, as they were spring mattresses. 2. The doors had peeled off parts at the sides, which was sharp and can cut you if you were not careful. 3. At night, we could hear tapping sounds on the bedroom door, which stopped when we put apiece of folded paper between the door. It was most likely from the wind as we opened the balcony door for ventilation at night.

The location of the property was wonderful. Everything was within walking distance. The underground link to Subway helped a lot, especially since it was very cold during our visit. The room we booked was big and the view was great.

For such a price, it was surprising that the hotel didn't provide any toiletries besides soap and shampoo. The lighting in the rooms was also very dark.

The hotel was clean and in a very good location close to the beach and stores. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s not a non-smoking hotel though we got a non-smoking room. When we turned on the vent in the toilet, there was cigarette smell.

Good sized room, location is good, just above mrt exit. Good for people who want to stay near Haeundae beach. We had 4 people but we paid for extra set of bedding which allowed one person to sleep on the floor on a thin mattress.
