Staff could have been friendlier and easier to manage our very simple requests of getting a taxi or asking for recommendations. Also, there was plenty of space for extra beds and I had to sleep on a very thing futon.

Pillow is extreme soft/flat. Luckily their housekeeping provides extra pillows.

Entrance to underground shopping street is just outside the hotel. When weather is cold or windy, very convenient to walk thru the underground street via many exit points to other attraction places. Opposite the hotel is an old now-defunc Administrative office where you can take photos of traditional Jeju architectures (entrance fee applies). Hotel is close to car rental location at the airport.

The hotel room is a bit older. Would love to have an extra pillow as the pillows are a little too flat.

Location is very central to shopping markets and restaurants Like the underground link with shops. The link exits take you to places you want to visit. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful.

I suggest to install a bidet on the toilet. During wintertime, we hope that guest can choose to choose on whether to switch on aircon or heater to condition the room. The hotel has centralized conditioning system.

Good location, was just next to the underground mall entrance and can connect to the black pork street and to Dongmun market. Room was clean and came with 2 bathrooms, ideal for families.

There are limited choices on foods and fruits. Most restaurants have similar dishes and very spice. Foods in supermarkets have very limited choices and are expensive, e.g., 2-2.5 Euro per liter of milk. A cup of coffee or tea costs between 5-7 Euro. Wind can be very strong.

The location is excellent, mid in the center of the city, close to Dongmun market with many restaurants, cheap transportation, can be easily reach from Jeju airport by bus, e.g., bus 365 (cash is required without possibility to return the exceeding money so be prepare to have a 1000 KRW notes). Taxi is very cheap, e.g., 5 Euro from hotel to the airport (can pay by card). People are extremely friendly. There are many historically interesting places in the island.

The lighting in.the room could have been brighter. No restaurant serving breakfast at the hotel.

The room was nice and warm, clean and comfortable. Quite spacious for our 3 big 28" size bags. We could still well moved around the room. Its within walking distance to the underground shopping areas and pretty much to 2 halal restaurants - The Baghdad Halal Jeju & Warda Restaurant all serving delicious foods. Its not too far from the airport either making it pretty convenient for Day Tour Meet up points. Good location overall. Friendly helpful staffs too.

The two male employees at the reception were not nice. I have been to many hotels in Korea and they were the only ones who never greeted nor said thanks. When I checked in, the male employee didn't return my passport. I told him to return my passport. He kept saying OK. He didn't even look at me. His eyes were on the computer screen. I had to tell him like five times more to give back my passport. He simply said "check in ok". It was very annoying. I got nervous why he didn't want to return my passport. After saying the same thing many times, he finally returned my passport. Inefficient employee

Location was excellent. Right in front of the pavillion. Very near the market. Walking distance to the black pork street and fish street. Room and bathroom were big. Looks newly renovated. Soft pillows.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the Dongmun market and easily accessible to Jeju international airport.

The air conditioning is centrally managed so we couldn't set it to a cooler temperature to sleep comfortably in the evening. We were at least able to open the windows to ventilate the rooms.

The size of the room were spacious with good sized twin double size beds, ample space for luggage and shower facilities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is a short taxi or bus ride to airport and the intercity bus terminal. Black Pork Street for all those Korean BBQ lovers is under 10 minute walk away.

No toothbrush provided. Toiletries were lacking for a 3 star hotel. No cold AC, had to open a small window for ventilation which was not great.

It was fine, worth what you pay.

The hotel was an ideal location to have access to transport. A lot of attractions in Jeju city were just in walking distance. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room provided a cup but with no spoon, the double bed is small and the hotel restaurant is not available on the morning.

The front desk staff especially the male staff are not helpful at all. The female staff at least have smiles and try to help. Need to pay 5000 won if you need extra pillow.

Great location. Underground shopping street just right outside the hotel. Black Pork Street is less than 10 mins walk. Airport by taxi is only 15 mins.
