How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

In spite of many messages via Booking.com over the preceding days there was no shuttle to meet us at the airport. The telephone number provided went straight to voicemail (in Korean, naturally). A very helpful coach driver with the aid of Google translate contacted the hotel for us and we were told to wait another 40 minutes for the shuttle. We took an uber instead for £7.62--very reasonable
Very large room with comfortable bed. Quiet hotel. Efficient free shuttle back to the airport.

The room smells weird,smell stuffy and damp moist. Hotel not that updated. But for 1 night is ok. Bed not that comfortable and pillow very flat
The location is great, staff very helpful and speaks English. Shuttle must book in advance and first comes first serve.

The room was good sized and clean but dated, due for a renovation.
The hotel staff was very friendly especially the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport. 5-minute walk to the Unseo train station and is very close to the airport. Close to restaurants and shops.

the staff seemed unfriendly at the reception one time but it was a good stay and other times, I didn't have a problem with them communicating.
The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean.

Free airport shuttle was only available from 7 am to 12 am. As my flight was early morning, could not utilize the free shuttle service. Unable to lock bath doors, locks malfunction.
The front desk staff was very helpful. Very close to the metro station about 3 min walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

The bathroom sink did not have any drain pipes connected and just drained straight into the floor. There was a drain on the floor, but you could still get your feet wet if not careful.
Good location and value if you need a hotel near the airport.

On the remote only three buttons worked and none of those three was the button yo change the channel so you had to change the channel on the tv. Their free airport shuttle is suspended due to Covid (I think) which is understandable but they told me in a mail after booking it was still available.
The location is perfect if you need to get back to Incheon airport. 1 minute away from the Airport Railroad. spacious rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Not too hard, not too soft. The wifi was stable. The toom price was quite cheap.

I choose this hotel because the airport shuttle transfer. Sent a message them asking informations and got NO replay. In the hotel they said me there isnt due the Covid. So better they remove this information from the add.
Nice location 2 stations by metro from the airport, just in front exit 1. Big room and good bathroom.

The room wasn't really clean... The carpet had a lot of stains. It smells cigarettes a bit. But well the price is super cheap so I guess it's acceptable.

The decor was a bit outdated.
Great for a one night stay before going to the airport. It was clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious. Super close to Unseo Station. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle! Lots of shops nearby.

I had messaged the hotel if the free airport shuttle was running, and was told "yes". But when I checked in, the lady staff said "no". However, it was easy to take the train for just one stop to the airport, and the frequency of the train was all right too.
Good location for early morning flight. They had a room with 3 double beds for my family of 5. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and food tasted fine.

The hotel is close to the airport which is why I stayed there. It's also close to the train station. Easy check-in process.
