I did not like the lack of a private children’s bathroom for the games room. Two children’s bathrooms must be built next to the games room so that the child can go on his own. There is no elevator for taekwondo games with yoga. A person can climb 3 floors from an open external staircase, and in the summer time he will be more tired. I see. Those who go to taekwondo, young men and women, are tired, so what about the children who train in this place? Before the training begins, an electric elevator must be installed. The club’s bathrooms look 20 years old. I hope they are New., the hotel it was so much from From the Egyptian community, the hotel was noisy and there was chaos everywhere, even the buffet place is one of the best in Kuwait, but it is inconvenience and chaos. Everyone eats at the buffet with a packed plate 😒😂 until he arrives at the table with entire families, and this is not the case, he eats and takes pictures. Food and videos. I hope to reduce their income by 10% because the level of Egyptians in Kuwait is not the same as the level of Egyptians in the upscale areas of Egypt.

Very good and varied breakfast. Very helpful staff at the hotel reception. We got a free shuttle transfer to the airport. All inquiries are resolved quickly and with commitment. The hotel is outside the city center but is easily accessible by bus or taxi.

I was given a room in the lower floor which I usually don't like. In addition, there was a sport team accommodated in the same floor which made a bit of noise for me.

This is not my first time in this hotel. It's pleasant to stay in. It has spacious rooms and the service is quite good. I had my dinner in the hotel restaurant and I it was fair in variety but outstanding in taste.

There is nothing I did not like. Although I forgot my jacket and belt in the closet. I realized later in the night and when I called up the hotel ,they informed me that they have it . This was almost 8 hours after we had checked out . I would have loved it if they called and informed me before I called them. That should be the protocol.

The whole process of check in and check out was very smooth. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout the stay .

Rooms were okay, but dated and in need of refurbishment. The floor in my room was badly fitted and had large gaps between slats of wood. Location of the hotel was fine, but no access to the beach directly from the hotel

Breakfast was fine. Good choice of food from fresh to cooked. Dinner was excellent, again with a great choice of salads. and cooked meats and fish. Desserts were varied and looked very good. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Got a great nights sleep!

Slightly smaller executive room than I expected. Also I thought the room bit expensive given its size and lack of view. No gift shop on site with basics or essentials. Expect some busy times during the day as the hotel is also popular with conferences and meetings etc.

Fantastic buffet breakfast, one of the best I have had in all my travels. Dinner buffet and Wednesday BBQ nights also great. The executive room was a bit small if you are more than one person but the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the valet parking employees do a great job at the front of the hotel.
