The maintenance and the cleaning could be improved

We had the bungalow literally on the beach. You have to be aware of the strong sound of the waves crashing on the reef though! We couldn’t sleep too much for it but overall the location is amazing and we had a lovely swim with the turtles at sunrise in the water just in front our bungalow.

I really can not mention anything.

Staff was super friendly, they took care about our bags we just had to go our bungalow. Our view was amazing as the bungalow was right on the shore. We received a delicious welcome drink and they were okay with us leaving really early in the morning. The beach was not crowded and there is a frog-shaped rock nearby which offers great opportunity for pictures. I can just recommend it.

Great location to swim with turtles . You can be right there early before the beach gets crowded and have them to yourself. Clear protected water. The staff were all so friendly and kind.

The garden is divided into 2 parts, the part with the main house is lovely & green, where we were also allowed to make use of the sunbeds - on the other side where the restaurant is the garden needs a bit of extra work. The small pool was empty, which was a pity as it is so pretty.

This was our very favourite stay during our 3 week trip. Amazing beach cabana right on the beach with a huge front porch overlooking the ocean & swimming turtles. Spotlessly clean, fresh white cotton sheets, comfy bed and even fresh flowers in the room! Very big bathroom with a modern open shower and brand new. The best part about this place is the lovely family that run this place, so friendly and caring, they really enjoy making you feel welcome and at home. Oh and the food, delicious and authentic, the chef personally came to check on us. Every member of the family personally contributed to making this the best stay ever, we were very spoilt and treated like royalty. They also do excellent massages, don't leave without having the amazing full body massage!

Nothing- it’s a great place with a lovely friendly atmosphere. We stayed in the top floor apartment. One thing to be aware of in many coastal places in Sri Lanka is the proximity of trains- not all night- but they are very audible and made my son jump!

Beautiful spot on the beach- which is perfect for swimming due to the coral reef protecting it from waves etc… Massive lawn which my son loved to play on. Lovely food, large, clean rooms and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

It is known that the people of Sri Lanka are extremely friendly, but the level of hospitality and friendliness at this accomodation is simply unmatched. The hotel is beautifull, tidy, the rooms are extremely nice. The beach on which accomodation is situated was for us (couple of 2) the most beautiful in the whole of Sri Lanka. We definitely recommend it and will come again.

This is the best hotel on Galawatta beach and it could't be better placed for swimming with the turtles. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive and could not have been more charming and helpful. The huts on the sea front are incredible, the only minus is you have to get used to the sound of crasing waves.

The beach huts are so close to the beach that it was quite loud at night, which was a problem for my pregnant wife. It wouldn’t be an issue for most, but as a light sleeper we struggled to sleep a bit

We spent a few nights here in bungalow and it was absolutely great. Everything was so close, the beach was beautiful and clean, we saw many turtles and small crabs. The food was delicious, the room very spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. The owner and staff was so friendly and kind to us. Thank you for everything, we really enjoyed our stay.

Be carefull with massage- my husband get very strong ayurvede massage (too strong) and get back pains :( I asked light massage and everything is ok.

Cabana locates in front of the see. You can see turtles from your terrace. Very nice and big terrace. They arranged to have delicious breakfast and dinner just on your cabana terrace. You can swim together with turtles. Amazing :) very nice beach and very friendly staff!

Evrething was great. The most perfect was the view from the terrace to the sea. We enjoyed sitting there, listening the noise of the sea and enjoyed Srilankan great food which the local staff prepared. It is a nice, romantic a quiet place.
