It was a shame not to be able to swim at this beachfront property. The sea is quite rough where the hotel is located.

The view of the ocean is wonderful and the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly and they really go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. Lakmal was especially nice and helpful. He went above and beyond. It was also very nice to see what the hotel group does for turtle conservation.

The only very small point was that rooms were quite noisy at night with wildlife, road, and sea nearby however it didnt bother us!

Everything about the stay was perfect. The staff couldnt do more. The location was perfect (a 5 minute tut tut ride into the busy town. The beach was absolutely stunning. Hotel had everything you could need including a fantastic restaurant.

The only downside is the beach is a bit dangerous for swimming but there is a bay walking distance that you can swim in and Mirissa Beach is only a 5min tuk tuk away

The staff! The staff absolutely made our stay! They were the most wonderful people who went above and beyond for us! We cannot thank them enough. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. The beach is also spectacular.!

Some of the hotel felt a bit tired and dated and food was fine but not very interesting menu

There were no real downsides, but if I have to be picky: No swimming in the sea in front of the hotel but nearby lagoons with calmer water.

This is a small property but very clean. Right on the beach. Very nice atmosphere. The food and service were amazing. The staff are so helpful.

We stayed in the ocean suit and it was perfect. The place is lovely and clean. Our cleaner was so nice 😊

Everything was perfect. The staff is really nice and helpfull. The beach was probably one of the best in my life. Big, wide, only sand, no trash, big waves. Really recommend this place. It's only 7 rooms I think, so not so many people. Really nice pool, beds on the beach. Food all is good. We stayed on the first floor in suite, so it was really amazing experience.

Didn't like the saloon doors in the bathroom, affords no privacy.

Everything was wonderful - the rooms were spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The restaurant served delicious food, and all staff were kind, courteous and helpful. Would recommend.

I liked everything, only the bed could be a little bit softer.

Evening! It's the perfect place for a couples holiday. The beach is beautiful and clean. The facilities are gorgeous. It's quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is delicious! Big beautiful room with a lovely terrace. It definitely surpassed our expectations and we plan to come back. Also the staff were amazing, warm, friendly and always happy to help and accommodate us, from the manager to the cleaning staff. Congratulations on such a great hotel!!!

The staff was extremely charming but on a number of occasions incompetent. Orders had been forgotten or had to be chased. Staff efficiency was lacking. The standard of the hotel itself was slightly behind our expectations.

The facilities are great. Spacious room with ocean view, great pool and sun beds. The location outside Mirissa is good too as it is quieter and only a short Tuk Tuk tide into the centre.

Some noise from the street, but not an big issue.

Absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful, right on the beach. Lovely swimming pools, good food and outstanding service from all of the happy staff. They honestly made the beginning of our holiday! I made a mistake when booking and had reserved a day before we actually arrived, and the terms and conditions with booking stated no cancellation or changing dates and we’re going to charge me 165€ to move the booking back a day but they sorted it for me free of charge. We then got delayed by two days due to our first flight being delayed which meant us missing the connection and having to stay in Istanbul for two nights which meant we had missed our booking entirely which I explained and asked to rebook (as the airline would pay for the days we missed anyway) and they just moved the booking again for us with no charge. All the staff are extremely polite, happy and helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. On top of this, they also gave us a free upgrade!

It would have been nice to have some shops within walking distance. But the hotel staff always had a tuk tuk on hand to go anywhere. The only negative thing is that the noise from the road was loud during the night. That being said, the sound of the beach waves almost balanced out the honking cars and sirens.

It was a lovely hotel with a terrific pool and gorgeous beach view. The staff were really friendly and always helpful. The breakfasts were good. The location was close to various beaches, though not walking distance. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The staff are brilliant and attentive, Lakmal really looked after us. The food is really good, the pool area and sea view is beautifully calming, and the room is excellent quality.
