You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaDilini is an amazing host, she recommended us nice spots in Knuckles Forrest Reserve. I would definitely recommend to stay in Matale for more than 1 night and visit Knuckles as much as possible, the nature is really beautiful (although good to have a driver or a car to visit all the spots). Also, the room was very clean with all the needed facilities. Special thank you to Dilini for making a delicious cappuccino during the breakfast!

Spacious room, comfy beds Kind, attentive owner - gave us a torch when there was a power cut. She even reduced the price due to the power loss. Owner recommended a nice restaurant for dinner just across the road. Overall a nice place to stay if you are travelling between Dambulla and Kandy.

The accommodation is modern and spotless in a beautiful garden setting. The wifi is excellent, the fastest we have had in Sri Lanka. Great choice of cable tv channels. Nice restaurant a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Dilini and her husband are fantastic hosts and can provide very iseful information about the area and beyond. Thank you very much for a lovely stay!
