  “The owner of the property cancelled my booking the day before of my arrival saying they are fully booked and send me this mail to rate them. These people cheated me and let me and my family down. Im surprised that Bookings.com actually entertains such unethical partners. i called them to check the weather in meemure before my arrival... He gave me full details n said he will note it down... 10minutes later he calls n says he is booked.... Im assuming that they could have made more money by a direct booking than paying commission to bookings.com. hence he cancelled. Totally unethical.”

  “Looking out over the perfect lawns and towards the mountains, tea plantations and forests, I think this was the most beautiful view I have ever seen. So wake up early in the morning or make the time at sunset to see this. Equally being welcomed by Terrence and Deva was special. We’d forgotten to order dinner so when we arrived around 5pm we thought we’d have to miss out on an evening meal (the road up was quite rough and the thought of going back down after a long drive wasn’t appealing) but Terrence said not to worry he would sort it out and Deva rustled up a fantastic meal. Lovely people and a lovely place”
