A riverside location, the staff allowed us to park our motorcycles in the garage, The hotel was very tidy and well looked after. The location was convenient to the main road network. The food served on site for both breakfast and evening meals, were fresh and nicely cooked.

The shower floor was very slippery with no grabbbar.

A great location for hiking and biking. Our room was small and in a separate building. Unfortunately it was by the front door and a little noisy. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

The only thing that wasn't so good was the bed. We didn't sleep that much because of the matrass. Also was it way too warm in the room. Luckily we got this little ventilator but that wasn't so good for my allergies.

The room with the river view was an upgrade we chose but you see not the river but its bank far away while in front it's a parking lot

The temperature of the water in the shower was all over the place, from freezing temperature to boiling hot (shower in the evening).

Dinner was great, so was the breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff is very friendly.

The room we had faced the main road and the traffic noise was a nuisance during the night. The room did not have any air conditioning and as the summer has been particularly hot added to the sleeping problem.

Hotel was just a stop over as part of our road trip through Europe. The staff were friendly and helpful, the dinner was a bit average with just the same for breakfast.

Description of the hotel room states: river view. It should better state “parking lot view” or “tennis court view” as not even a tiny bit of the river was in our sight (parking lot is next to the river). On booking com the final room price is all included, however, a tax is added on the bill. It’s a pity this is not clear from the beginning. This is not a 4* hotel, without even a bottle of water in the room and plastic-paper cups next to the kettle. That can be improved.

the room was spacey, with balcony; sauna was okay The surroundings of the hotel were beautiful with some hiking paths, also close to the Mullerthal region . Cosy atmosphere in the restaurant with many guests around.

Traveling with motorbikes and with rainy forecast, we asked for a covered parking, but the only option was 20€ per night... For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting more toiletries, but only soap available.

Very nice terrace in the restaurant for the dinner, the waiter even translated (almost) the whole menu for us. The breakfast was very good.

There was no airconditioning. The ventilator in de bathroom smelled like fungus and made the entire room smell like fungus. The WiFi was extremely slow. The rooms were far from sound proof, you could hear the other guests and you could hear the staff work in the kitchen early in the morning and late in the night. It actually woke me up

The property and facilities are very dated and old. The whole place needs a revamp. I don’t think it can be called a 4 star hotel. The ambience therefore was not very pleasant.

We had a recently refurbished small ground floor room, on a very busy, noisy road. There was no air conditioning, so it was a choice of a lot of noise, or a hot, stuffy room. Luckily the bed was comfortable, so eventually able to sleep. The charge of €17 each for breakfast we felt FAR overpriced. It was definitely not a rich choice breakfast that could command that level charge. Only 2 warm items, they were not too good either, poor filtered coffee, no espresso etc... It was all minimum, minimum. It was definitely not worth more than 10€. However when you considered the €105 room price and €34 for breakfast, the €139 total was quite an overcharge comparing it to a similar room, in similar hotels in Luxemburg. We were somewhat disappointed.

The staff were friendly and the surrounding countryside was nice, but the hotel location couldn't take advantage of that.
