I enjoyed my stay but I will suggested that the bathroom should have a ventilation system to have a better sensation after taking a shower. The restaurant price was not visible so it will be nice to be able to check it before.

I loved my stay in this hotel, the staff quality services, since my arrival. They were all very pleasant and helpful in every situation from finding a market place to book a taxi for the departure. My room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is mirror to see you full size to check yourself before living. The TV has multiple channels if needed, the AC is working very well, the furniture in the room are well thinking. I had a small areas like a living room which is very much appreciated at the end of the day. The bath room was nice and with nice products. I had diner in the restaurant near the coffee bar downstairs and the meal was amazingly cooked. Thank to the chef. I had also the opportunity to try the restaurant with a buffet with a lot of option and very tasty as well. From there the view on the city was very nice. One thing that I enjoyed is that it smeling very good everywhere, elevator, corridor, room. It a nice attention for me as your client as I like scent

Arrival at the hotel was a bit hectic as the small drop off area was full and it is a busy road. Someone was able to help with bags and valet parking but only after going in to get them. The hotel was virtually impossible to get ahold of prior to the stay, but ended up no issues.

The hotel is very centrally located with friendly staff. The hotel really punches above it's price. The rooms are quite nice even if the view isn't anything special. The service was above and beyond and the included valet parking was very nice. There was also an ATM just a few doors down and the main desk provides some money exchange. We did not partake in dinner/drinks or breakfast though the areas looked nice.

We were there in March. As such the air handling system was set to HEAT and not AIR CONDITION. When our room got hot in the afternoon (west facing window), we could only cool down the room by opening the window.

The Idou Anfa Hotel & Spa is a modern, western-style hotel with all the ammenities. I especially appreciated the location that is within easy walking distance to the Grand Mosque Hassan II, the Old Medina and the new shopping centre. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent value for the price.

The Spa, the receptionist only speak a few words of English, can't answer more questions, which is not helpful at all. Also, the manicure service is not up to standard.

All is good, as the ratings I gave above. It's particularly worth mentioning - so great to see this hotel has a sizable swimming pool and it is indoor, the only real size indoor swimming pool that I came across during my two-week trip touring around Morocco, what a pleasant surprise!

I like almost everything about the hotel.....the ladies at the reception were incredible,....they were fasting (Ramadan), but still managed to put a smile on their face @6pm in the evening and assist us to choose a Nice restaurant ou on the beach elsewhere in the city.....👌👌👌

The staff were not helpful as no one helped us with our luggage when we arrived. not so friendly service. The bed was very hard! Did not provide slippers The complementary water was very small!!

The air-conditioning was deactivated by the hotel the explanation I had was " it's the beginning of spring and the temperature of the city doesn't require any heating and cooling" which was true at some point. However, Air-conditioning is for me something that is important especially when I have a shower early in the morning and at night when the temperature was very low in Casablanca and I felt cold.

The food was beyond excellent I recommend their restaurant it will make your stay perfect and you will enjoy proper Moroccan food.

The first room we was given the air-conditioning was not working. It took a while for the staff to address the issue late into the night but after complaining they upgraded the room. I felt this could have been handled quicker considering it was clear the air con was broken.

I expected a better view of the city, which I didn't get, but that could just have been because of the room I was given.

The staff were mostly friendly. Everywhere I went I was greeted with a "bonjour" and a smile, which was warm and welcoming. As a solo traveller who also doesn't speak French or Arabic, I was very anxious about my safety, but everyone was so kind and helpful even when they didn't understand me. The food was fantastic, and breakfast was made even better by a waiter called Aziz who was very attentive to me. Bless him for his kindness. The room was nice and comfy. The cleaning staff came round every day and tidied up too, so it was always clean. The location of the hotel is good, because I was able to walk to all the major tourist sites easily. Loved my stay.

Reception staff were unable to exchange currency even though the website and hotel info says it has this service. Lady at reception said british pounds are not an acceptable currency to exchange so we had to walk 20 minutes to find a money exchange. They did, however, give us directions to get there!

Very nice modern, clean hotel. Good facilities, comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay here again. Lovely breakfast.
