A small hotel located at the heart of the old Chisinau city. Very convenient for discovering the city. The Hotel has the secured parking lot, strong internet and good service. The room booked had a technical issue with the water connection and after discussion with the Manager, I was moved to another room. Thank you for great hospitality and excellent service!

Great place and location: quiet, green, safe. Big park nearby. Nice staff. Wonderful and delicious breakfast. Everything you need and more, clean and cosy. We liked Chișinău: vibrant and friendly.

Only minor points .1..took 15/20 mins for shower to heat up...2.TV was not functional that I could see.

The lovely setting. Size rooms, Security and 24 hr reception. Good parking. Great sizeable WC and shower room. Good size beds.Great ,friendly attentive staff. Airport pick up...so much detail to content at the hotel.

I wish there had been an empty refrigerator for my use instead of a well stocked mini-bar which I did not make use of. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most of the locations that I was visiting, so I got more exercise than I had expected.

Nice hotel with very well kept grounds. While I was unable to take advantage of the swimming pools, they added to the ambiance of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room cozy, but well apportioned.

We stayed in a junior suite, so I realize this isn't the top tier accommodation, but I still expected a little more, in particular the bathroom. It was actually too big and the amenities were much too small for the space - a nice big tub, toilet and bidet, but a small sink and absolutely no counter space and no towel racks. The floor was very slippery when even a small amount of s=water was present, and the towel and robe was hanging on the only hook on the other side of the room. I'm not cure why there was a curio cabinet in the room at all, and the specific placement prevented the bathroom door from opening completely (although still easily able to pass through he doorway). We stayed mid-May and the nights were still chilly, but there was no heat in the room (the air conditioning unit has a "heat" function but it didn't seem to work). The television was a nice touch, if the channels were working. The "cable box" was not easy to figure out how to work and most of the channels were not available. Based on the name of the hotel I figure that the hotel tries to appeal to government officials and individuals who have business to conduct with the various nearby embassies, so I equally expected access to English-speaking channels (the "cable box" in an internet based device so this should be VERY easy to accommodate). Maybe our room just wasn't working at that time.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish that we could have stayed a few days longer to have had time to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing gardens and swimming pools. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and just what I needed after traveling several days to get to Moldova from Alaska. We were able to walk to the US Embassy within about 15 minutes in the morning (much easier than trying to find parking near the embassy) and then enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the nearby lake. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside and outside.

The smell in the room was the only thing I didn't appreciate.

Its a wonderful hotel, located on a hill, on the area of the embassies, just in a walking distance from the main square (20 min. by foot). My stay was in the room nr. 2, an apartment, with two large rooms and a large bathroom. The minibar was amazing. The hotel has a nice restaurant, some bars, two pools, sunbeds, a parc and sufficient parking place. Its very safe and the environment is amazing. I will return here, for sure!

I can not say there was anything I did not like.

The staff were very kind to me. All of them were nice. Vladimir served me a beer on my 1st night and he was a great host. The cleaning was exceptional in my room.

The lady at reception (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was lovely and really helpful, although we had to communicate via google translate! the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable with great breakfast. It was about 20-30 minutes walk from town, but close to a really nice park.
