Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOn arrival I was told by female reception it would be 500 Leu to use steam room & sauna. It wasn't ready for use in arrival as they needed 2 hours to start up so booked for 10am next day with the lovely female reception staff. Next day I went to reception & male staff member informed me sauna was ready & it was 750 Leu ! I informed him I was told it was 500 Leu yesterday & to phone his colleague. He made calls & then agreed to 525 Leu instead ! The jaquzzi was very cold & disappointing ! Please check all details if you going to book.
The female reception staff was very friendly. The bedroom was spacious & clean. The steam room was only thing that was hot & brilliant.

France1. Service - this is less to do with the hotel than with the general approach to customer experience in Moldova and Eastern Europe - people do not think the same way about the experience as they do in Western Europe or the US, no matter the hotel type. Some examples: we arrived at 9pm and had a scheduled taxi - the taxi never showed up. Restaurant closed at 8pm, and nobody thought to inform us or to propose us a late dinner. When we order food staff doesn't bring forks or knives together unless you ask. Wine is brought in a ice bucket (nice) but the white/rose wine is warm to begin with (less nice). Sometimes the staff will forget the order and will come back to ask you about it again. Again, these are not big things but they add up little by little to you feeling you having to fight for everything. 2. Events - the hotel hosts marriage parties, mostly on Friday and Saturday. In true Eastern European tradition it will start about 6pm (that's when the pool closes if there is a party scheduled for this day) and go till the morning (3-4am) with loud music playing. Our kids slept ok, but it was difficult for us and we woke up frequently. Unless you are facing directly away from the pool and the banquet hall it will get very noisy. 3. Malfunctioning equipment - upon arrival we noticed the air conditioning was not working, however that was fixed (nobody thought or turning the air conditioning in anticipation for our arrival, related to point no. 1 above) ; one of the TVs was also not working ; during our stay the room safe ran out of battery charge and that was not fixed ; we changed for another room as a result of the marriage party but there also the safe was not working + the minibar fridge was also not working. Room cards stopped working numerous times throughout our stay; water pressure was very low in the second room we got
The hotel has a few advantages: 1. The pool is great when you are travelling with family - it is open to guests from outside but it provides a great atmosphere. It is really packed later during the day, so be warned. There is a small section for kids together with a slide. You can order drinks from a hotel bar and they will bring them to your lounge chair 2. Location next to the airport - it takes less than 5 minutes to get to the airport by car, perfect if you just need a sleepover or have a flight very early / late in the day 3. Breakfast - it's basic but it does its job, and is included in the price of the room. Do note that contrary to the information on the slip you get with your room key the breakfast is served starting at approx. 8:30am, not 7am as indicated.

MoldovaBroken holder for toilet paper, would open accidentally all the time, hurtling my arm with its heavy metal frame . Dirty air vents, broken window ( we couldn’t close it ). The swimming pool is not included in the price. When we sent a child to buy french fries, the waiter didn’t give him the change and kept it to himself, without kid’s permission. Bed for kids in our deluxe suite was impossible to sleep on (pieces of metal frame felt through the mattress). So we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Elevator didn’t work half the time. Receptionist wasn’t friendly. No bathtub in deluxe suite, only a shower.
Very nice breakfast. Free toothbrush and toothpaste. problem with our TVs was quickly addressed by the staff.
