The hotel is excellent! Amazing customer service all the way, from the first contact until the departure. Beautiful view to the bay and very easy access by car. The restaurant by the bay (in front of the hotel) has the same top service with great food and service. Mom was extremely spoiled, thanks in special to Barbara at the reception and Nicola at the restaurant. Shame we didn’t have much time to enjoy the spa, but for the little time I spent, the facilities were great too!!

The staff was exceptional and helped to create a wonderful, intimate and very friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The room service was great, the beds were made twice a day without us even noticing. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse. We would love to come back in the summer season!

We were upgraded on arrival ! The hotel interior looks very fresh and nice. Bed very comfortable . Breakfast is really great. The staff both hotel and restaurants are very friendly and trying to do their best to maximize the experience of our stay . The dinner / lunch restaurant is the best we had around the lake . It is this one review that I am very happy to write as we really really enjoyed our experience ! Thank you very much !

I have no words for this hotel, it is splendid!!! The rooms are luxurious and spacious. The bathroom had Rituals beauty products. We had a room with a view on the bay, with a nice balcony. It is a joy to stay here, because all the details breath relaxation. The staff is the most friendly. I had a special request regarding a 'bride-to-be' with who I was travelling. They did everything they could to make this memorable, with a decorated room, drinks, balloons, it was all so special. Big thanks to Barabara, an amazing sweet girl from the reception desk. If you have the chance to book a massage there, do it! The hands of the woman do magic. The breakfast in the restaurant accross the road is blissfull, with a beautifull view on the bay.

Staying at this amazing hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make both my husband and I feel welcome and cared for. It's clear that the staff here is dedicated to ensuring every guest's comfort and satisfaction. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay! P.S. nothing less can be said about Bocasa restaurant, wonderful ambience, very tasty food and always a warm welcome and smiling faces of the staff.

This hotel was one of the best I have ever been to. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The suite was absolutely 5*, bed comfortable, electronic gadgets everywhere, room was dark and peaceful. The food was up to standard. Such a personal touch.

I cannot think of anything that could've been better! When it comes to the beach, it is a bit tricky because it's formed out of tiny stones instead of sand, so I wish I had taken some swimming shoes with me.

The hotel was just stunning! Everything was so incredibly beautiful - the decor of the room, landscapes, the super atmospheric spa area. The room was extremely comfortable with its large bed and luxurious bath room, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations: both the quality and selection were superb. The staff was also exceptionally helpful and very nice. All in all, this is a place I was sad to leave behind.

Really exceptional staff - so friendly and professional! Everyone - from the front desk to the kitchen- is helpful and full of smiles. We were late to breakfast on the day of our check out and they offered (we didn’t even ask) to make something simple - it turned out to be a feast! I was actually ill that day and the breakfast helped me feel so much better. During our stay, there was a brief period of power loss (which happened to the entire Kotor Bay apparently) so the hotel staff offered a 10% discount on our check out. Amazing staff, made our stay an unforgettable one!
