We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaThe location is good, but you will struggle if you carry large suitcases because the way to the hotel has many stairs. So be prepared for it. The TV didn't work. A small beach is definitely something you should bypass, that's why there are many smaller, more beautiful beaches on the left and on the right side of the hotel. Roughly, they are 15 to 30 minutes away from the hotel (walking).
Bed linen and towels are changed regularly, which is great. There is a huge terrace which is beautiful. It was a terrace from our neighbors who were lovely to share it with us. The view is amazing. About the staff. They are great, the cleaning lady is lovely and helped us with everything we needed. Also, a nice guy helped us with our suitcases when he noticed us coming up. The girl at the reception is also pleasant.

FinlandExcellent location near old town entrance. Terrace is over Adriatic Sea, so view is breathtaking. Nice staff, good service and especially co-owner was great: guide and banker, who borrowed us cash when one nearby restaurant didn’t accept card and I avoided necessity to walk to ATM that time at evening. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaExcellent location in the old part of town. The view from our room and terasse was beautiful. Staff is polite and super friendly. Breakfast was quite good and tasty, but there is a place for upgrading the menu. Room was nice, but there were some days when our cleaning lady was a little bit lazy :) Definitely I would recommend the accommodation and I would gladly stay in the same hotel again. Mr. Hasan was extraordinary polite, pleasent and helpfull.

GermanyI fail to understand how a hotel at the probably best spot in Ulcinj could be managed and maintained so miserably. The hotel didn't meet the expectations of the picture presentation and pricing at all! (-) all window fittings broken! (-) shower mouldy and broken (-) shower head bracket broken/ not existing anymore (-) broken lights (-) everything old, worn-out with urgent need of renovation (-) EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING BREAKFAST: the included breakfast consists of one cup of coffee and one position of the menu (=4,30€)! nothing fresh! not a single peace of fruit or salad availlable! dont try the thing called french toast! And dont try the restaurant for dinner! It's not much better...

AlbaniaService is absolutely terrible. Waited over 1 hour for an omelette and there were only 3 tables during that time to serve. The waiter straight up abandoned our table during breakfast. Asked to speak to the manager and he didnt really care until I went to find him and confronted him. Would not recommend. Rooms are half decent.The only positive is the location which is absolutely great.
