“Lakana hotel is one of the best choice you can choose on Sainte-Marie island. Location is beautiful. You can reserve bungalow on the tilt or in the garden (I had). The beach is cleaned everyday. The food is mostly local with a lot of fruits and it is very delicious. Bungalows are cozy and clean. Madam Rova (manager) is simply fantastic. She solved all my troubles with a transfer back to the mainland. Thanks again to all Lakana team. The only bad think is that one day you must leave, but I’ll be back soon :-)

“The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! It's in a great location - about 10 minutes walk from the port and the centre of town where you can find the tuk tuks. The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay and breakfast was really good! The staff were also very helpful - when they couldn't serve an early breakfast, they told us where we could go instead. They were also able to provide information for our next destination. AMEX is accepted. We'll be returning!”
