We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were very satisfied with our double superior terrace room. There are some reviews about the rooms being dated, but our experience was more than positive. The room, bathroom, terrace , all was clean and we had enough space. We booked our stay with breakfast and you can find all you need in the morning; fresh fruit, bread, omelette, delicious coffee and more. When ordering roomservice; all came very fast. We enjoyed the food from the restaurant, but also the kindly service from the whole staff. We enjoyed our whole stay in the hotel. Thank you.

AustraliaThe room was small compared to another hotel that we stayed in our second visit and did not feel like good value for money. There was a bad smell in the hallway, which was fixed one day after arriving. The wifi did not work inside the room which is a problem. The gym was very small and a bit stuffy.
The upside has been the hotel lobby - hotel lobby area was great to catch up with friends and work from, the lobby staff were very accommodating and nice and new/modern. Great hammam area and a very nice personnel there.

United KingdomRooms very small. Breakfast needs improving with more fruit, more choice of breads and more choice of food all round. I was there for two weeks and it was mostly the same food each day. Need to get an urn for hot water as the domestic kettle needs to be filled constantly. Should be a separate area for business travellers to work, not in the cafe. The upstairs lounge is unsuitable because of the type of seating. Would have been nice to have an area to watch sport. The upstairs lounge would suit this. It was never used in the time I was there. Only one English language tv channel - more choice required.
